A couple days later...
I was sitting in the library,as usual,Reading a book,until I came across a picture that sat in between the pages of the book. A picture of a little boy,and a women.
The little boy had similar features to Mattia,so I'm guessing that was him as a child.
But the women...she had dark brown hair,Tan dark skin,Dark browns eyes,and she was an average height.
Just then I hear the door twist open.my head shoots up to see Mattia.
Me: Hi...
Mattia: hey,whatcha doing?
HE says walking closer.
Me: Just reading...
Mattia: ok,I just came in here to check up on you.
Me: Hey,who's this lady in this picture?
I say holding up the picture.
His face immediately dropped.
Mattia: oh that's...That's my mother.
Me: Oh...well,shes very beautiful.
Mattia: Ya...
Me: What happened to her? You or your father never mentioned her.
Mattia: Oh...well...She walked out on us 15 years ago...when i was 6..
Me: oh my-im sorry...
Mattia: Its cool...
Me: Do you know why?
I ask.
He just stood their,Looking as if he's trying to figure out what to say
Fuck Marie.maybe he doesnt wanna talk about it! Why do you gotta be so stupid.
Me: You dont have to answer...
Mattia: I have no idea...Its like one day,were spending the whole day together,Having fun,and then the next she's gone...with no reason why...maybe she just didn't love me as much as I thought she did...
He says.
And i was about to say something,he cut me off.
Mattia: Anyways lets not talk about that,the real reason i came in here is to ask you if you wanna have dinner tonight,like at a restaurant?
Me: Oh,Really?
Mattia: of course...You've been here for almost 2 months with really no human interaction and guards will be with is so there's no worrying about you trying to escape.
Me: Ok...What time?
Mattia: in about an hour?
Me: Great,so where we going?
Mattia: Thats A surprise,But all you need to know is where something nice.
Me: ok!
...
I ran upstairs to my room.
Finally.I won't be stuck in this house for once.
Part of me really really wanted to escape,but the other is telling me to stay...
Its like my head telling me to run but my heart isn't.
Well,I guess we'll find out later...
