Chapter 12

2 days later....
AUTHOR POV

Y/N and Jisoo were hanging out at the coffee shop while focusing on their laptop to find a job for Jisoo's younger sister.

"How about this one?" Y/N shows a information about a job for chef at a restaurant. "Since your sister love cooking so much, maybe she should apply for it" Jisoo thought of it for a minute and said "Hmm I don't think it's gonna fit her but imma ask her about it, thanks Y/N!"

After that, they wrapped up and left the coffee shop together. It's been two days since Y/N lasted talked to Jimin which it's still filled in her mind and she keep thinking about how to meet Jimin again even though she doesn't have his new phone number.

Y/N then accompany Jisoo to her college and Jisoo has been attending this one university (Hanyang University) pursuing her degree in business major since last year and Y/N is still waiting for her feedback email from the same university that Jisoo went to.

"You're going to apply to financial courses right?" Jisoo asked Y/N while they walking beside each other "Yeah since that is what i'm good at *giggled* but i really hope I get accepted into the university so i can be with you Jisoo!" she makes a pout face to Jisoo and they laughed together after that.

After Y/N accompany Jisoo to her university, Y/N went to a book store to find some books about financial studies.

While she was trying to explore the books in the front row, someone approached her from afar "Y/N?" and she looked up it was Jimin's friend "Taehyung". "Are you Y/N?" She felt surprised a little but she answered "Yes, you are one of Jimin's friend right?" Taehyung sighed "Yeah, we have been friends for a long time now." he chuckled. (Author's note: Y/N and Taehyung have met before when Y/N was still dating with Jimin.)

Y/N smiles awkwardly while thinking if she should ask about Jimin but she doesn't want to show that she still care about Jimin. "I heard you and Jimin are in some kind of weird situation." Y/N lifted her eyebrows and says "Weird? More like a complicated relationship but.." she hesitated. "But?" Taehyung were curious. She held up her courage saying "but I really wanna know what's going on with Jimin like why he broke up with me before but he doesn't even wanna tell me the reason about it *sigh* it's frustrating."

Taehyung cross his arms "Why don't you tried to called him before?" Y/N rolled her eyes and turned to Taehyung face to face saying "You don't even know how many times I tried to called him after all of that even though i hate him for walking away just like that but he doesn't even pick up my phone." Taehyung nodded and take out a piece of paper and a pen writing something while Y/N stares with curiousity. "Here is Jimin's new number and try to talk things with him ok i'm rooting for you both" he smiled softly and take a book out of the shelf "Well i'm going now Y/N, bye." he then pays for it at the counter and walked away from the shop.

Y/N stares at the paper that Taehyung just gave to her and she already expected that Jimin doesn't used his old number anymore by now but somehow she is feeling kind of glad that she finally get to call Jimin and talk to him but then she suddenly remembered about the past again. As the thoughts of past appears again, she tried to distracts herself by reading the books in the book shop.

TAEHYUNG POV

After the meeting with Y/N, I went to the bar i'm working at (Atomic Liquors) and I've been working here for 3 years now as a bartender. There's a lot of customers here especially in the weekends but since today is Wednesday in the afternoon, it was quiet with 5 customers here.

I went to the changing room and going straight to my locker, Oscar, my co-worker was there too because his locker are just beside me. "Oh are you taking the night shift tonight?" He asked. I changed into my work outfit "Yeah, why?" Oscar turned around and patted my back "Get ready cuz there's gonna be a special customer tonight and hell a lot of people here." I try not to sound annoy by it "You are not going to help out?" Oscar almost finish packing his things "Obviously not cuz I got a really special date with my girlfriend tonight." I finished changing to my work outfit then Oscar starts to leave "Goodluck Tae, don't forget to nap!" I watched his back and that guy surely always mocking me but anyway gotta get to work.

My phone suddenly buzz and it was Jimin calling me. Hmm oh yeah I didn't told him that i'm gonna be taking the night shift for my job today.
I answered the phone.

On the phone:
Jimin: hey Tae, you free tonight?

Me: I'm sorry bro, I'm taking the night shift for the bar.

Jimin: damn that sucks i guess. Well if you happen to get worn out while dealing with the customers, call me haha.

Me: umm did SoRi stress you out or something? u ok bro?

Jimin: *sigh* u figure me out as always well I just got into an arguement with SoRi and I'm thinking about moving out from that house before my head explode also I'm stressing out thinking about how to approach Y/N again and i really wanna win her heart again.

Me: Wow i guess SoRi is out of her mind now. Oh speaking about Y/N , actually I just met her today at the book shop.

Jimin: Wait really?? Did she said anything about me??

Me: You really gotta try to win her harder this time bro cuz I can see she was feeling hurt a lot from the breakup by you.

Jimin: I knew I fucked up and I'm still mad at myself for what I did..*whisper* i really am.

Me : Well Jimin, i gotta go now my boss is going to kill me.

Jimin: Ok Tae, bye see ya. *hangs up*
