Chapter 8

(3 weeks later..)
Y/N POV

It's a sunny day today, as I woke up from my bed this morning and stretching my body. I did my morning routine and after that I go downstairs then making myself a breakfast while my parents go to their work early.

After I came back from Jisoo's house, I feel a lot better than before but I fainted last week so Jisoo quickly sent me to the hospital and the doctor said I got gastric and lacks of blood due to not eating a lot and drink water so he suggested that I should've eat and drink more and eat medicine after this treatment.

I decided that I will not approach Jimin again and move on from him because we didn't contact each other since the break up and still he didn't give me any explanation so from now on I feel like I should let go of the past and move forward. I'm gonna show everyone that I am still strong!

*bzzt bzzt* my phone suddenly got notification and I checked who it was, *Jisoo*. I answer the call.

-On the phone-
Jisoo:"Hey Y/N, you wanna go to the new barbecue place that i've told you about last week?"

Me: umm sure! but i have to get ready first so wait for me Jichu.

Jisoo: haha ok you kiddo, i will wait for you till you get ready ok and i will be by your house at 11p.m.

Me: okay see ya! *end the call*

Am i even deserve to have a friend like Jisoo *sigh* she always been nice to me and take care of me when i had a hard time. I'm here looking like a pathetic friend who didn't do anything for her :(

(10:20a.m) While I was getting ready, someone just bell the ring on my door so i quickly go checked it out and it was a small box. So i opened the box and it was filled with cupcakes on the side and a small letter on the other side of it.

I can't wait to see you and mom soon, by the time you read this I am back here already but i'm going to my friend's place for a while and I will be back soon to meet you both!
I hope you enjoy this cupcakes that i bought for u lil sis.

Oppa is back!! I can't believe he didn't text me instead he send me a small box filled with cupcakes and letter lmao but yeah my big brother, Jungwoo he studied abroad at UK, he comes back here Korea every once in a year to meet us and his friends.

We were very close when we were young but after he went to UK for studies we were not really close like we used to but we still text each other and make fun of each other sometimes.

I keep the cupcakes in the fridge and after i got ready, I quickly left to meet Jisoo.

After the wedding, Jimin and SoRi live together at their mansion which SoRi's parents bought for them but they sleep in seperated room because Jimin didn't want to sleep together with SoRi.

Meanwhile, Jimin has been working a lot as the CEO at his father's company which is a company that engages in providing financial services through its subsidiaries called "PJ Financial Group". He keeps himself busy everyday which sometimes he's just went to bed after back from work.

10:30a.m
At the meeting.....

JIMIN POV

"I hope everyone can agree with my presentation and thank you Sir." said by one of my employee who just did his final presentation at the meeting.

Everyone then clapped, "So our meeting ends here and thank you for all of you cooperated, I will send the new work papers tommorow and I hope you all ready to start a new one" I said to all of my employees.

I went inside my office and rest for a while. *Ring Ring* Suddenly I got a call from someone and i just pick up the phone without seeing the contact

-On the phone-
???: *shout* Jimin-ah!!

Me: YAH! KIM TAEHYUNG what the hell?! I'm gonna be deaf soon by your loud ass voice.

Taehyung: Sorry my friend, i need to tell you something.

Me: What???

Taehyung: Today i got a lucky two vouchers for free and it's for a free barbeque meal at this new famous BBQ place.

Me: So?

Taehyung: You know that i don't have any friends other than you so please(in a cute voice) accompany me. 🥺

Me: Aishh ok I will. What time?

Taehyung: YAY I KNOW YOU WILL AGREE TO GO WITH ME!!! Let's meet at 11 , you done with your meeting right?

Me: Yup, but i am so tired right now Tae so imma rest for a while and meet you at 10:50 on your house.

Taehyung: Okay bro, I will wait for you and I love you bye!*end the call*

My best friend since middle school, Kim Taehyung. We sometimes hanging out with each other when we need to, we also used to make trouble a lot at middle school but after we finish school, We planned to go to the same university but unfortunately Taehyung didn't get accepted in my university so we separated and didn't talked for a while. But after one month, we hanged out a lot and Taehyung got his own shop now, I am happy for him. He's a crackhead and a  supportive friend. (A/N: I love Vmin yall T-T imma cry at the corner.)

After i rest for a while on the couch at my office and then I get ready to meet Taehyung at his house.
