Naira went to her hostel and took rest for few hours..... shr closed her eyes but every time kartik's face came in front of her eyes, his cute face, his sweet gestures, his caring nature.... she wasn't able to get over him......
Naira's POV:
Kya kartik sach me achha insan h, ya vo fdiya h usne tere saath dhoka hi kiya h.....
Kartik's POV:
Ye Naira ajeeb sa behave kyu kar rahi thi.... jaise ki intentionally dur reh rahi ho mujhse..... kal tak toh normsl thi fir achanak pta nahi kya ho gya..... ek min........ mai uske baare me itna kyu soch raha hu? H to bo sweet par mujhe usse kya.... mai to bas apna dare pura kar raha hu.....
Next Day:
Class was about to start and Naira was sitting alone on the first seat...... Kartik came and sit near her..... she was shocked but couldn't speak anything as the professor came and started teaching...... it was the lunch time now.... Naira was sitting alone on the stairs as Aditi has gone to her home for sisters engagement..... she was having food when kartik came and sit near her.....
K: hey......
N:hi....
Naira took out yhe umbrella and gave it to kartik.......
N: ye tumhara umbrella....... thank u
K: your welcome.....
There was silence for few minutes so kartik decided to start the conversation
K: so..... tum aise akele kyu baithi ho?
N: vo aditi ghar gyi h toh...
K: toh kya hua... tumhare aur friends bhi to honge...
She nodded negatively
K: oh..... vaise main ban sakta hu tumhara friend
N: no.....
K: kyu...
N:I don't like making friends......
K: tym mjhpe trust kar sakti ho....
N: vahi to nahi kar pati...
K: vaise har kisi ko ek mauka zarur dena chahiye......
Naira broke down completely...... tears were flowing from her eyes.....
N: mai bhi mauka dena chahti hu kartik ...... par nahi kar pati mai trust kisi pe..... nahi kar pati.....
She started sobbing and crying profusely..... kartik immediately took her into his embrace...... he hugged her tightly...... she clenched his shirt and started crying
K: shhh......shhh..... kuch nahi hua.... shhhh..... shant ho jao.... (he forgot about the dare and was concerned about her)
She was still crying...... he rubbed her back and tries to calm her down..... after some time she calm down and he broke the hug and make her drink water.....
K: Naira..... Naira shant ho jao.... idhar dekho.... meri taraf.....
Naira was continuously looking down and sobbing...... he held her chin and make her look towards her..... now she was looking in her eyes......
K: Naira tum mujhpe trust kar sakti ho.....
N: kartik mujhe dar lagta h... ki.... ki tum bhi mujhe chod k chale jaoge....
K: nahi jaunga.....
N: promise??
K: pakka promise.... mai kabhi nahi jaunga tumhe chodkar....... so friends? (He forwarded his hand )
N:(shaking hands) Friends.......
Naira's head was aching she took out a pill and took it.....
K: Naira tum ye pills kyu leti ho? Aur ye h kiss cheez ki?
N: anti depressants h
K: kya.... aur tum inhe roz leti ho?
N: ha....
K: tum pagal ho kya? Tumhe pata h na ki iska kitna bura asar ho sakta h iska tumhari health par(it was his genuine care for her)
N: janti hu kartik par ab mujhe aadat ho gyi h tum chinta mat karo.....
K: areee aise kaise na karu? Friend hu tumhara.... aur ha.... ab meri aadat bhi daal do..... itni jaldi peecha nahi chodne wala mai....(he said this to lighten the mood)
Naira smiled slightly.....
K: chalo ab mere saath chalo.....
N: par kaha?
K: bahar fresh air lene tumhe bohot zarurat h uski.....
N: nahi class h....
K: chalo na baad me padh lena.... achha mai padha dunga..... ab chalo...
N: achha thik h chalo....
