The news of Atsushi being kidnapped by mafia in the town which many witnesses saw the incident, spread around quickly until its arrived to one of the member of Armed Detective Agency's ear.
"Did you say.. Atsushi's been kidnapped?" The four-eyes detective asked, watching Tanizaki who panting heavily from the run he made from first floor to fourth to tell all of the member about the shocking news.
"Y.. yes"
Kunikida clicked his tongue, "Tch.. Why now, of all times..?"
"Because of an earlier request to protect a ministry officer, the detective agency is having a full plate right now, we can't spare anyone to look for him.. Do you know where he is headed?" He asked again
Tanizaki looked at the notepad in his hand, checking for something, "According to witnesses, he was stuffed into a truck after being attacked on the road during the day.. His whereabout have been unknown ever since.."
