Chapter One: The Peace Before the Storm (or Iceberg)

Dean, Castiel, Gabriel and much to everyone's annoyance Balthazar were all standing around Sam looking at his computer screen with reports of an abnormal sighting, perhaps a new case for them. There were reports of people going missing and then afterwards saying they were in significant pieces of history they either have always enjoyed and loved reading about or they hated and despised. But it was all the same, they went missing, went on some grand adventure through time then somehow came back to their own time.

"I think I'd rather smite myself then have that happen to me" Balthazar stated. Gabriel slaps his brother on the back and smirks. "What worried you are gonna get stuck with Celine Dion somewhere?" Gabriel grins and starts humming My heart will go on. "Can you freaking bloody shut up you bastard? I swear I'm gonna smite myself if I have to hear that damn godawful bloody song one more time."

Dean puts his hand on the bridge of his nose and sighs. "One, why did Chuck or whoever the hell bring you back? And two, Gabriel, Balthazar shut up and let's focus on the task at hand instead teasing and being jerks to each other."

They exchange glances between each other then Dean. "Well I'm part of the team now, you bastard." Balthazar stated.

Gabriel nods in agreement. "My two fledglings. Cassie and Balthazy" Balthazar punches his arm and gives him a death glare. Castiel looks down embarrassed and dean kisses his angel on the cheek softly

Balthazar's mouth falls open shocked and as if on cue Gabriel smirks and wraps his arms around Sam's chest and kisses him down his neck and face. "I'm sorry what the hell is going on here boys? Are you two humans, Winchester's with my brothers? Like togther, together?"

Castiel and dean grab hands and look at each other and nod. "Of course we are brother. Me and dean do share a more profound bond" Dean chuckles and rubs noses with cas and kisses him.

"Hellz yeah, damn straight I am balthazy. I got samshine all to myself" Sam smiles blushing. "I love you to Gabe."

Balthazar tries to keep his mouth from falling open but he can't. He's to shocked. The two people he's loved most in the world are with the two people that hate him the most. He just hoped that this wouldn't effect anything between his brothers. He was happy for Castiel especially because he never expected him to be with anyone really.

Gabriel snaps a lollipop in Balthazar's mouth snapping him out of his trance. "Earth to bro, everything okay?"

Balthazar nods and sticks the candy in Gabriel's mouth next to the other two lollipops already in his mouth.

"Great, I'm really happy for you four. I truly am but wait till big brother Luce finds out. That'll be hell!" Balthazar chuckles and looks down

Gabriel frowns and plays with Sam's hair. "You wouldn't balthazy." Sam smiles and leans back kissing Gabe on the lips. "It's fine Gabriel. If you are scared of your big brother I'll protect you." Gabriel smiles and braids a small piece of his hair. "Thanks Samshine."

Balthazar sighs. "Sorry brother. I was only trying to make joke. I would never tell Lucifer."

Gabriel walks over and ruffles his hair. "I know little brother." Balthazar looks up at him. "Wait  does Luce know?"

"Know what?" Gabriel replied.

"About you two, well four I should say." Balthazar juts a finger at Castiel and dean holding hands.

"No, he doesn't and it's gonna stay that way Balthazar until Sammoose is ready for us to tell luci."

"Well in that case Gabriel, can we just not tell your brother? I mean Cas knows, obviously. And now Balthazar knows. Can we keep it that way for now? I'm sick of Lucifer and if he knew I would never hear the end of it." Gabe leans over and kisses Sam and nods. "Hellz yeah kiddo, luci doesn't need to know that I got myself a moose!" Gabriel chuckles and sticks one of the three lollipops that was in his mouth into Sam's and smirks.
