Freeze Dance

Chapter 5

Murray was out taking a walk.

"It's a hot one today" he said to himself.

He made his way to Yaya's shop.

"I need a smoothie to cool down. But where's Yaya?" said Murray.

The Caballeros jump-scared Murray by popping up and yelling "Hola, Murray!" 

Murray jumped then said "Oh! Hola, Caballeros. What are you guys doing back there?"

"Well, we were gonna have a dance party..." Sam began.

"But it's way too hot outside" said Jose.

"So we're helping out Yaya instead" said Donald.

"Si si si. And we are going to make a special ice cold smoothie just for you" said Panchito.

"Oh, thanks. That's so nice. One orange smoothie to go please" said Murray.

"One orange smoothie coming up" said Donald.

"I got the ice" said Panchito.

"I got the juice" Sam said.

"I got the oranges" said Jose.

"Let's make that smoothie" said Donald.

The Caballeros tried doing things all at once but it didn't work.

"Aye... that did not go so well" said Panchito.

"No" said Donald. 

"Yeah, you need a hand there, Donald?" said Murray handing Donald an orange he dropped.

"Don't worry, Murray. We'll think of something" said Donald.

"Amigos, we need something to let Donald know when the ingredients are coming." said Panchito.

"Like what?" said Jose.

"Like... two wooden spoons! I'll tap them together to let us know when to send in the ingredients" said Panchito.

"It's just like when you tap your drumsticks to tell us it's time to start playing music" said Donald.

"Yeah. We'll work together just like we play music together" Sam said.

"Estas listos? Are you ready, Donald?" said Panchito.

"You bet" said Donald.

"Uno, dos, tres, cuatro. Orange" said Panchito tapping the spoons.

Donald put an orange in the blender.

"Cool beans!" he said.

"Uno, dos, tres, cuatro. Juice" said Panchito.

"Stylin" said Donald pouring the juice.

"Uno, dos, tres, cuatro. Ice" said Panchito.

"That's nice" said Donald.

He added the ice then said "Alright. It works"

"Wait, wait, wait, Donald. On a hot day like today, you're going to want more ice. And I'm talking lots more ice" said Jose.

Jose added all of the ice to the smoothie.

"Okay then. Time to make an ice cold groovy orange smoothie" said Donald.

Pretty soon, the smoothie was made.

"One chilly orange smoothie, Muzz" Sam said.

"Gracias, Caballeros. This'll really cool me down" said Murray.

He took a sip then froze stiff.

"Murray?" Sam said.

Jose examined Murray.

"Amigos, I think our smoothie is so cold..." Jose began.

"That it froze Murray" said Panchito.

Murray then was able to move again.

"Oh! That's the chilliest smoothie ever! Delicious!" he said.

The Caballeros then took a sip of their smoothie.

They were about to high-five but then they froze stiff.

"Jose? Sam? Ooh! That is one super extra cold smoothie" said Murray.

The Caballeros melted and finally high-fived

"Oh! That is the coldest smoothie ever" said Donald.

"Thanks for the great freezy smoothie, Caballeros" said Murray.

"No problem. Stay cool" Sam said.

And Murray headed back to the Wigglehouse.
