Chapter 24: Introducing Rai-Rai....!?

While the morning was starting workers were getting set up, and everyone was waking up Eris was cutting through everyone who wasn't worth her time to look at as she got a call. She answered it as it was a call from the board of the Sindria Company head that someone is coming to do a check-up of the employers to make sure they hired no one with a criminal background or anything too serious. 

Eris just rolled her eyes thinking why waste her time with telling her. Her eyes then pop surprised as the reason they called is cause they are visiting TODAY. Eris already feeling a little pressure now, cause if anyone shows anything behaviors that aren't normal Eris fears Sinbad might either be transferred or worst she might be out of the job. 

In fact, she was already telling Sinbad that she is going to be overlooking him and his team until she hears the report of the caseworkers coming. And Sinbad was already having a sour mood, after he had his first and the last date with Kougyoku-Ren he hoped and wish for her to find someone someday. He did apologize to her and even offered to stay with her until she is okay. 

Which is something he would never do, but now that he understands it's not the same.....she isn't.....HER.....Sinbad thought it wouldn't be fair for either of them. Sinbad was willing to accept her to throw a fit and be angry at him and he will even take her slapping him. But he was surprised that she didn't do any of that. He even asked her if she is mad or something angry towards him?

She surprised him by saying she is but at the same time she feels relief?? It was strange for her too, but she explained it as best as she could but she said for a long time she thought she had to make the first move or be the type of girl that would appeal to him. It kind of made Sinbad realize does he make every girl feel that way? That they have to 'look pretty to so much as stand next to him? How is that fair? 

Even though Kougyoku-Ren was sad that nothing is going to happen I believe she felt more like she was a failure. Cause she wasn't pretty enough, or attractive Sinbad sat right in front of her as he gave her time to just cry first. Once she finally could breathe Sinbad asked her to look at him as he told her, she shouldn't have to impress someone just to feel a sense of worth. In fact, he asked her how does she SEE herself? 

It's so weird cause Sinbad wouldn't have cared but ever since he meets (Y/n) he is taking a step back and looking at his actions and he had no idea he made people feel that way. It was like the fog was fading and he can see clearly how his actions REALLY affect others. Sinbad not once looked away from Kougyoku-Ren as he said he is very sorry he made her feel that way. But he did admit he wasn't trying to 'play' nice when they first meet. He told her you made me think about myself when I started modeling. 

He was a nervous ruck, he kind of laugh at how much he admitted to her but for the first time, he noticed how she was relaxing and even smiling when their date was their last. I guess this is what they both needed, she even asked even though she had one date are they still at least friends or someone they can talk to? Sinbad smiled honestly as he nods once, before they left they hugged and it was like a wave of weight was gone. And maybe this is enough for them to move on and in a positive way. 

And now a new door can be opened and now they can move on to better things without any regrets. And now Sinbad's next step is to find more about (Y/n) and that means making her more comfortable around him. So that she doesn't feel anything of her father when she is with him. But now he is struck with the dragon lady and already he can feel drained. And Eris kept nagging for him to hurry up or wasn't too happy with his clothes. Heck, even Ja'far was about ready to lose his temper with her. 

In fact, the last thing Ja'far wants Eris to know is he is dating (Y/n) a friend so he quickly texted Nicole that Eris is going to watch him like a hawk so he couldn't text her much. He felt happy in his relationship with Nicole she isn't like any girl he has ever meet. In fact, most girls would only go after him to get close to Sinbad. So now here is someone who called him cute.~ And even a gentleman.~ And likes spending time with her, why would he let that go?
