Friday an hour before date and Sinbad was checking in on Iris as she was still trying to get use to Sinbad's big place. In fact it was hard for him to keep her IN ONE spot, Iris was like a kid in a candy store! She had to explore EVERY room, every hallway, every item Sinbad had. As the saying goes, 'Curiosity killed the cat' but it seems Iris' curiosity is what's killing Sinbad.
But it wasn't Iris' fault if anything she use to live in a small square space and now she has all this room its like when your kids and your moving and you wanna see EVERY room in the house and claim the biggest room there is.
Iris was just like that. In fact Iris seems to enjoy taunting him, even when he woke up this morning, she just stared at him but she licked him good morning. If anything Iris was like a child. A little girl waiting for dad to wake up. Even when he was getting ready for work Iris was sitting on his feet as he brushed his teeth and just wanted to have as much time as she can with him. Its a good thing tomorrow's a weekend.
Sinbad thought to himself but now he has the date with Kougyoku-Ren. So the big question was who is going to watch Iris? He was thinking about asking a neighbor sadly she wasn't available, so Sinbad called Ja'far. But then Sinbad remember the last time he asked Ja'far to do something over the weekend, he barely made it out with his neck. So he didn't click the call button.
Of course the reason is because now that Ja'far is dating Nicole, the last thing he wants is Sinbad doing everything in his power to not see her. Look its not that Sinbad doesn't like Nicole, I think it was more Sinbad is worried she'll turn Ja'far against him.....
Running out of people he could call it wasn't until Iris mewed as she was sitting right in front of her food bowl. Sinbad chuckled as he started her breakfast, when he set his phone down Iris' eyes caught the shining light coming from it. So she leap up as she circle the fancy phone of his as she tilt her head wondering what those little scribbles were?
When the tiny kitten poked the arrow button, as she moved back, as nothing happened she then tried again. When Iris stay low to the ground as she slapped the button and hit the call button. Sinbad came over when he saw Iris messing with the screen as he called out her name she then look up not too sure why he is so mad.
"Hello? ....Sinbad? Who are you talking too??"
Sinbad flinched when he saw the caller I.D. as Iris had called (Y/n) when he picked up Iris as Sinbad was trying to calm himself down as he didn't wanna sound too happy or anything. I guess he was happy but also nervous at the same time......how is it? How is it that he has a date tonight, with another woman......yet.....just hearing her voice....Sinbad feels like a dog happily wagging his tail....
"....Sinbad....who is Iris?? ....You get a cat or something??"
"Huh!? H-How did you know it was a cat??"
"Hm? Oh *giggles* see in Batman the animated series, Cat Woman had a pet black cat, named Iris. Suck a cutie.~"
Sinbad always smiled smoothly whenever she takes about her and her series that she grew up with.~ The only thing he was missing was her smile and the light in her eyes when she smiled. Iris was cleaning herself when she noticed Sinbad leaning to one side as he was smiling like a love-sick fool....Iris crawl over as she was confused at the many faces he is making out of thin air?
"Really? You got a cat? Aw, wait don't tell you me your using that cat just to pick up, women?? Okay that's just sad...."
"No, no! Wait why would women be attractive to a little kitten?"
