Chapter 12: Soldiers

"This one's interesting," Ashley said and they look at him. "Jaune Is a Basic Footsoldier for Atlas Military and they are heading into War with the White Fang. The Battle is Grimm" Ashley said and make Finger guns and a wink and many snickers.

"OH COME ON!" Yang yelled.

"Anyways. Ironwood has basically gone Cookoo due to his semblance and shot one of the Atlas Council and moved all his forces to Retake Vale which is Currently Swarming with Grimm and White Fang." Ashley said and many eyes go to Ironwood. "don't get mad at him. His Semblance basically makes him Stubborn and have tunnel vision" Ashley explained

"Alright but I don't trust you as much James," Glynda said and Ironwood Sighed.

"I understand," He said

"Anyways. This one is short but I will show you what happened and a Song that was sung about the battle. One is what happened at the time and the other is a Song that was made for them." Ashley said and they Nod.

The View shows Atlas Troops On the Ground Dying or Injured. White Fang and Grim slowly moving Foward. Jaune Could be seen taking off his helmet and groaning. He looked around and saw the damage and started mumbling. "Its Time to Strap out Boots on..." Jaune mumbled as He reaches for his Rifle. "This is a Perfect Day to die," Jaune said as He grabs the gun and pulls it over to himself. "Wipe the blood out of our eyes" He Groaned as his Mumbling could be heard in Comms. Other Soldiers reach to grab their guns. "in this life, there's no surrender" Jaune mumbled as he looked over to the others."There's nothing left for us to do Find the Strength to see this through" Jaune said as He looked to see the enemy moving in slowly.

"We are the ones who will never be broken. With our final breath, we will fight to the death. We are soldiers. We are soldiers." Jaune heard some other soldiers join him as they stay low until others get the strength and the sound of an Electric Guitar could be heard "WE ARE SOLDIERS!" Jaune yelled as the Electric Guitar and the sound of Drums could be heard in the Comms as Soldiers Get up from their Graves and Get in formation. 

"I STAND HERE RIGHT BESIDE YOU! TONIGHT WE ARE FIGHTING FOR OUR LIVES. LET ME HEAR YOUR BATTLECRY! YOUR BATTLE CRY!" Jaune yelled AS THEY START CHARGING

"WE ARE THE ONES THAT CAN NEVER BE BROKEN. WITH OUR FINAL BREATH, WE WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH. WE ARE SOLDIERS. WE ARE SOLDIERS! WE ARE THE ONES THAT WILL NOT GO UNSPOKEN. (UNSPOKEN!) NO, WE WILL NOT SLEEP! WE ARE NOT SHEEP! WE ARE SOLDIERS! WE ARE SOLDIERS! YEAH!" The Soldiers Yelled as they start shooting or charging at the enemy with Melee weapons, scaring the White Fang as they start to fall back but the grim moved forward only to get blasted.

"YOU CAN'T ERASE US, YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO FACE US!" They yelled as White Fang escape was blocked by a Bombardment of explosives.

"YOU CAN'T ERASE US, YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO FACE US! (FACE US, US!)" The soldiers yelled as they charged.

NO WE WILL NOT SLEEP! WE ARE NOT SHEEP! WE ARE SOLDIERS! WE ARE SOLDIERS! YEAH!" The Soldiers yelled as they start wiping out the numbers of Grim and White Fang as the Soldiers Cheered as they were victorious.

"WHOA, WOAH, WOAH WOAH! (We are soldiers!)
"WHOA, WOAH, WOAH WOAH! (We are soldiers!)
"WHOA, WOAH, WOAH WOAH! (We are soldiers!)" They yell out in Victory but the scene shows Jaune who was on the ground Dead from the wounds. He didn't even notice the Rebar in his chest when he began singing. Fellow soldiers noticed he wasn't with them and went back for him. Found his kneeled down. Not on his knees, as the Rebar kept him high enough. His Rifle in hand and a White Fang Lieutenant Under him, dead.

Soldiers knelt down with their helmets or hands to their chests and an Oldtimer walked up to Jaune and picked him up. "You were good son... Real good; Maybe even the best!" He said "Grab the dead... We are leaving" The man said and the Soldiers that could, Grabbed the dead and they left back to the staging area.

The Group was shocked. 

"That was... Horrifying" Winter said.

"The Soldiers were supposed to die. A new Grimm with a Gas that can kill people in seconds covered the battlefield with the gas. Everyone there should be dead" Ashley said shocking everyone.

"How did they live?" Ruby asked.

"Determination and Adrenaline," Ashley said. "Now how about the song that was sung for the Soldiers," I said and they nodded

Turmoil at the front
Wilhelm's forces on the hunt
There's a thunder in the east
It's an attack of the deceased
They've been facing poison gas
7, 000 charge en masse

"It was, I'm gonna get that stuck in my head," Yang said,

"If you guys want, I can put more of these guys songs on. Jaune will be the singer and will basically explain Battles and War from my World" Ashley said and many nods and he smiled and silently cheered.
