Chapter 31 Draco's Birthday

Tuesday,May 31st.

It's been two weeks since we spent the day with Noah and now it's the last day of May, Daphne's birthday was on Friday so we had a little party in our room.

Tomorrow is the first of June which means it's five days away from Draco's birthday, Draco's birthday is June 5th. His birthday is on a Sunday but we have Monday off because of our up coming exams, it's meant to be a study day but for us it'll be a relax day. Since we'll most likely be getting drunk on Sunday.

Right now we are all sitting in the great hall eating breakfast and talking.

We were all talking when I saw my mother's owl fly in with a letter in his mouth. The owl dropped two letters into my lap, I look at them and then back at my friends who are all looking at me.

- well open it (Elijah)

I then opened the letter and started to read when Elijah spoke.

I sighed and began to read it

Dear Elijah and Amelia
I hope you are well my darling, thank you for taking Noah out the other week. He misses you both but that's not what I'm writing you for.
On August 12th I will be getting married. To John of course.
Elijah you will be John's best man.
Amelia you will be one of my bridesmaids.
Now you both can pick one person to bring with you, who is not already coming if you choose.
I can't wait to see you my darlings I love you both.

I finished reading and headed it to Elijah, I didn't want the letter, I didn't want this stupid wedding. If I'm being honest I wanted my family back.

I looked at my lap and saw the other letter, I had forgotten until now. I picked it up and opened it not reading this one out loud, it was just to me so Elijah didn't need to hear.

Dear Amelia.
I just wanted to let you know that the Malfoy's will not becoming to my wedding as well as your father of course, you may bring Draco as your plus one if you would like.
But let me tell you Amelia if you ruin my day I will make your life hell. Also you are now grounded for the entire summer when your at mine and John's.
Don't forget I will be picking you and your brother up at the end of the year I don't want to get another letter from snape or dumbledore about you fighting.

They all looked at me shocked, Draco then took the letter out of my hand and read it.

I was going to argue but at this point I'm so tired of trying to make him see, so I didn't say anything.
