Just change the names and this scene happens in pretty much all the serials.
In real life, what actually happens is we try not to test the power of gravity and hold on to the nearest solid thing.
Another classic situation. The heroines are foolish enough to stand on top of a broken stool. Oh never mind, they wouldn't be able to hold their balance even there. The contents of whatever she was trying to take spill all over. And of course it is absolutely necessary that the hero should appear out of nowhere and catch her when she falls.

By the way dear heroine, here is a free advice. I think you should ask someone taller to take things that are beyond your reach OR you could keep it within your reach because if your hero is unavailable you may end up with a broken bone.
