Realizing what's really happening, Anessa eyes widen as Malia cupped her face and kissed her deeper. Anessa pulled away from her and jumped off the sofa looking at Malia like she committed a crime.

"Malia what are you doing?" Anessa asked, tracing her hands over her lips.

"I love you Anessa, I've always do" Malia said, holding her head down.

"I know you  love me because we are bestfriend and I love you to my bestfriend" Anessa said looking down on her.

Malia got up and walked over to her."I love you more than that Anessa, I'm sorry I just couldn't hide it anymore. I've always have a crush on you ever since college.......

"Malia you're gay? When? How?...... Anessa was so surprised she couldn't form a good sentence.

"I found out when I started admiring you, at first I thought that it's normal because we are friends for a long time and you were just growing beautifully but then my feelings get deeper. I always want to hang out with you and I'm always jealous of you being with guys or even Holland. I never want to see you get hurt, I wanted you to be happy but at the same time I wanted you to be happy with me. I know how it looks, I'm gay Anessa and I can't hide it anymore." Malia said broken.

She sat down on the sofa and threw her feet on the glass table infront of her. Anessa was even more surprise after hearing what she just said, for a moment she forgot how Khalil just hurt her. She have been going through so much, focussing on her dramas that she haven't noticed her bestfriend is gay and crushing on her. She slowly walked over to the sofa and hugged Malia.

"I'm so sorry Mal, I have been focussing on myself all this time and never even take the time to see what you were going through. You have always been here for me and I wasn't there for you. I'm not ashamed to have you as my bestfriend because you're gay. I'm really glad you came out but Malia I'm not into girls but I will always be your bestfriend" Anessa said rubbing her shoulder.

Tears fell from Malia's eyes but she smiled." I'm sorry for kissing you Anessa, I didn't even stop to think and I'm fine with what you said and I will respect that" Malia said hugging Anessa.

"Don't be sorry,  what I'm going through now, I needed a kiss like that" Anessa joked.

"Don't let this be awkward" Malia said smiling.

"You're right.... I know you're going to find a wonderful girlfriend some day" Anessa bumped Malia's shoulder.

"After just getting rejected by my first crush, that will take a while" Malia laughed.

"Mal are you trying to let me feel bad? I'm sorry for rejecting you" Anessa said softly.

"No silly, I'm fine with it and I'm just lighten up the mood. Lets talk about something else because this is getting awkward" Malia laughed.

"We can watch a movie because I'm definately not going home today" Anessa said grabbing the remote.

"Ok, you find a movie while I go get popcorn and soda" Malia beamed, jumping off the sofa.

She walked inside her beautiful kitchen, she grabbed two packs of corn and placed them in the microwave. She watched Anessa from where she is and tears started falling from her eyes. Her heart is hurting but she don't want Anessa to know. It would take her a while to get over Anessa even worst she will be around her everyday. The microwave beeped and she dried her eyes before joining Anessa for the movie.
