Nothing but silent was in the room, a pin could be heard if it falls on the floor. Anessa didn't have time to observe the room she was in because she was busy staring into Khalil's eyes. He stared back at her seriously  breathing heavily over her. Anessa body reacted to his touch, she almost bit on her bottom lips to show how vulnerable she is to his touch.

"W-what are you doing?" She managed to say without showing how desperate she is to be in his arm. She didn't even try to pull away.

"What was that out there? I can't believe you are already in another man's arm" Khalil grimaced.

"That shouldn't be your concern Khalil, I'm not questioning you being here with your wife" Anessa spat, she finally pulled away from him but didn't walked away.

She is still mad at him but that didn't keep her eyes from admiring his well kept black locs, his handsome face and how great his clothes fits on his body. The muscles printing out from his shirt excited her inside which she tried hard to contain herself.

"Can you please give me a chance to explain....

"Explain what? That you have a wife? Oh I already know so there's nothing to talk about Khalil. We both moved on" Anessa smiled unaffected even though she was hurting inside knowing she is using Jason and is jealous of Katherine being with Khalil.

Khalil hands swiftly grabbed hers gently and placed it over her head, Anessa back met with the wall. Khalil used one hand to hold both her hands over her head and God! He was strong. His other hand looped around her waist while he stared deep into her eyes. Anessa gulped, her body feel warm and she was enjoying the moment.

"Don't you love me anymore love?" Khalil whispered, snuggling his head into her chest. Anessa crossed one leg over the other while sucking in a breath.

"K-khalil.... her breathing was becoming fast. "Stop!" She tried to be stern but failed miserably.

"Answer me love! Don't you love me anymore?" He asked this time close her lips. His warm breath tickled Anessa's lips.

She tried hard to not give in but her head was moving on it's own closer to his lips. Khalil smirked he got his answer even though it didn't came from her lips.  He bit on his lips, admiring Anessa's lips.

He moved his head closer about to kiss her when she pushed him away. "I should go" she said before running out of the room with her heart pounding hard against her chest.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL BESTFRIEND!" malia screamed jumping on Anessa's bed and kissing her all over her face.

Anessa woke from her sleep by Malia's voice and wet kisses all over her face. Anessa scrunched her face up a bit, not liking to be wake from her sleep but then she started to smile.

"Thank you" Anessa smiled, sitting upward and yawning.

"Babe!" Malia called, looking towards the door.

Julia walked in with a black forest cake in her hand with sparklers candle lit making the cake looking more lovely. 

"Happy birthday Anessa" Julia said as she placed the cake on the night stand.

"Thank you guys.... I love this" she used her index finger to swipe some of the whip cream on top of the cake and place it into her mouth.

"This is just the starting boo" Malia said too dipping her finger into the whip cream.

Julia lips curled in disdain as she watched them laughing and poking each other noses with the whip cream. Anessa was enjoying the starting of her birthday and after the day she had with Khalil yesterday, she needed the distraction.
