so im just imagining that there is a villan that knows about shinsou's quirk and so then when shinsou tries to use his quirk on him it won't work.
so he comes back to ua, and shinsou talks to denki, and him being an absolutely meme lord, knows exactly what to do. he comes close to shinsou's ear and tells him his idea.
shinsou encounters the villan again, and he stands righ infront of him. he tries using his quirk, it doesn't work. he then says "look at all those chickens." then the villans like "wtf" and then he is under his quirk.
