"you've got a smile that could light up this whole town."

Mara was not very fond of the Hogwarts Express. Whether it was the long train ride or the fact that she was constantly running into people, she was not a fan. As one who usually kept to herself, she could normally be found in a compartment by herself, or she was with her friends, Mia, Sofia, and Luke. They had a close bond, after all being sorted in Ravenclaw, they instantly hit it off. Undoubtedly, all of them were unusual beings.

Mara, being somewhat shy around others she did not know was truly a bright character. Her smile lighting up a whole room, she was the life of the party, it just takes some time for her to trust people. Rightfully so, after understanding her childhood and her relations to the Potters.

Mia on the other hand was quite the opposite. She was very fond of making friends. You could even say she was popular. After becoming friends with people in every house, she became known by most people in the year.

Sofia could often be found hanging out with Neville Longbottom. After sharing their deep love for plants, the two took over the job of handling the greenhouses with Professor Sprout. Sofia was more of a quiet person like Mara, hence why they became friends so quickly.

Luke was definitely Mara's closest companion. The two were almost like siblings, for they grew up together. Their parents were close friends in their years at Hogwarts, so it is understandable why they have such a close bond. Luke was quite a kind person. He had a random obsession with knitting during his second year, and he may mittens for all his classmates for Christmas.

Much to her dismay, a harsh shake woke Mara up from her deep slumber, jolting her forward in an attempt to get the sleeping girl awake.

"Mara, where the fuck is Mia?" Cried out a confused Sofia as she got up to look out the car door in hopes to see her friend. Mara was still attempting to register where she was, as her eyes were still foggy from her nap.

"Bloody hell give me a minute, you just woke me up. Besides, I've been sleeping this whole time do you think I know where she is?"

"Oh, she's probably fine, just getting lost from the bathroom." Interjected Luke in an attempt to help Mara out. He shrugged as he leaned back against the blue cushion of the train seat falling back into his book.

"I vote Mara to go and looks for her!" Sofia proclaimed and she spun around and gave the half-asleep girl a wide grin. "You need some waking up and who knows, maybe you'll see a special someone along the way."
