MY HEART FLUTTERED WHEN MY ex-boyfriend played the guitar in my house.

That happened a few years ago.

I was a minor at that time, and that's why we are not together anymore, but now I am legal enough to have my boyfriend.

Mom told me to be careful around boys, especially that they are always 'picky' when it comes to beautiful girls. She says that boys have an attitude towards girls.

But I wasn't prepared yet.

I always thought of being a maiden, a girl who would never get married or hang out with boys. But it's hard.

That is why I hang at home lately, especially that one of my non-French friend Harry hasn't sent a letter yet.

You might not get it, because you might be asking: Why are you waiting for him to send you a letter?

It's because I am rarely going outside recently, and if I see a boy I admired the most, I will always go out.

Anyways, Harry and I are sometimes in touch, the boy inviting me to his Weasley friend's house.

Today, I am currently in my bedroom, reading a book.

I hear a rustle through my window, and I saw Hedwig sitting on my pile of books, a letter on her beak. "Oh dear," I said, stroking the owl's head and giving it food to eat. "Eat for a while. You look like that you are tired"

I opened the envelope. It's from Harry.

Dear Fleur

I thought of inviting you to my friend Ron Weasley's house. You haven't answered my letters lately, so maybe I am expecting you to write back an answer immediately.

Hope you will come

Best wishes,
Harry Potter

My heart leaped. I was invited to his friend's house for the third time in a row. I quickly grabbed a piece of parchment and a quill, dipped it in the ink, and wrote a reply.

Harry

That was nice of you to invite me. I am so sorry if I have not replied to your past letters, because our helper Sofia is throwing all the rubbish around the house last time. She doesn't know letters because you know, we are currently High-Tech today right? I can hear her complaining about paper and ink and quills and mobile phones last night.

I would love to go there. Let us meet up somewhere near your place since I already passed my Apparition test. I will have my broom along with me.

Kind regards,
Fleur Delacour

I placed it in an envelope and saw that Hedwig is done with her food. "Here," I said, placing my letter next to the windowsill. Hedwig picked it up using her beak, gave me a happy, muffled hoot, and soared off.

I excitedly raced downstairs and saw my mom knitting, again.

"Mother!" I said excitedly. "Harry invited me to his friend's house today".

My mom beamed at me. "That's good. You can go since you are always stuck here every day. Remember to act beautiful and like a lady. When you see a charming boy there, I will be the happiest of the lot"

I giggled. "That's silly, but I wish that I will meet someone there, who is nice, and exactly my type"

🔥🔥🔥

I have my bag prepared. Harry sent me a quick letter again earlier, saying that we will have dinner there and the cool thing, overnight.

Gosh. I never felt so excited in my life.

I went down the stairs and I told Mom quietly. "I'm leaving"

Mom smiled and told me to go.

I Apparated in front of Harry's place and saw him grinning at me.

"What took you so long?" Harry asked.

I saw his broom and suddenly realized it. Ah, shit Fleur. You left your broom in the broom shed. Harry noticed my expression and said quickly "Never mind Fleur. You can Apparate". He placed his broom by the front door and held my arm. "I will side-Apparate along too"

I smiled at him. "Ready?"

He nodded. "I am so excited to see the Weasleys again. I heard that Fred and George have a new prank or joke or- yeah, never mind. Let's go!" he said excitedly.

I smiled and we Disapparated.
