Shinsou

Chapter 6; I said I love you

It was now dark and Denki and Keigo had no clue to what time it was.

Heavy clouds were above them, Keigo had a hard time flying in storms, but they wouldn't stop until they found Shinsou. Animal or human.

Shinsou stretched as he woke up from a nap.

He couldn't take living with Midnight any longer.

It was beginning to rain, but he had to stop playing around and find Denki.

He quietly snuck around the house.

Once he got to the door, lightniging struck and down poured the rain.

Shinsou then began to feel weird.

He looked down at his paw to see purple spikes.

Could it be? Was he changing back?

Then, he heard explosions.

There was a fight. He had to get out there and help.

He clumsily slipped through the tiny dog door and as soon as the rain hit his skin, he purple spikes glowed all over his body as he began turning back to human.

Once human again, he laid there on the floor a few seconds to breathe.

He stood up and looked around himself.

He was wearing torn pants and no shirt.

It was cold and wet, but he looked crazily around the streets for the fight.

Then, out came running Denki from the side.

He was distracted fighting Toga, but Shinsou ran out and shuffled Toga to the ground, then knocked her out cold.

"S-Shinsou!?" Denki cried.

Shinsou let go of the villain and stood up.

Hawks came crashing in and smiled at Shinsou, then took Toga over his shoulders and left to meet up with the cops.

"Where were you?! You scared me all day!" Denki cried.

Shinsou turned around and looked at him.

"I was a cat for the longest time, hanging out with Ms Midnight" he said. "I tried to find you, but you were no where" he continued.

Denki sighed. "I couldn't find you either, I was so scared" he admitted.

"Scared? Why were you scared of me?" Shinsou asked, rubbing his neck.

Denki sniffed, trying not to cry. "Because I missed you" he said.

Shinsou rolled his eyes, turned around and started walking away.

Denki put his arms to his sides, feeling hot even tho there was lots of cold rain poring. "Well go ahead and leave! That's the guy you want to be! That's the guy you'll always choose to be!" He called behind him.

Shinsou continued to walk away and ignore him.

"You know that's not gonna make anyone happy!" Denki continued.

Shinsou slowed his pace, he wanted to hear more, but his body wanted to leave.

"Because you know what, Hitoshi!? I love you! I always have! Just too scared to talk to you and start over!"

Shinsou stopped walking completely as rain poured and thunder roared.

"I know I've been a jerk, but that was the past! I've changed, I swear!" Denki began to cry now, tears running down his face mixed with rain.

Shinsou turned around and looked at him again.

Denki smiled, having his attention.

"Lets start over" he said softly. He reached out his hand. "Hi, I'm Denki Kaminari, the stupid dumbass that found love with a tall purple haird genius" he continued.

Shinsou walked back to Denki.

"We were together for so long, the past is the past, but I never cheated on you" Denki cried. "Please, Shinsou, I just want you back" he whispered.

Shinsou's eyes filled up with tears. He took Denki's hand and put it down, holding it as he came closer.

He swept his fingers through Denki's wet hair. Then he leaned in and slowly closed his eyes as he gave Denki a kiss.

Denki smiled and returned the kiss, wrapping his arms around Shinsou's neck.

The kiss brought Shinsou all the memories.

Denki wasn't lying about Mina, they were just messing around that one night.

They pulled away from the kiss, both smiling and blushing.

"Lets start over" Shinsou whispered.

Denki nodded.

They were about to go in for another kiss when....

'BOOM!'

Denki gasped and groaned in pain as he slipped into Shinsou's arms, his legs giving out.

"DENKI!" Shinsou cried.

Thick liquid dripped on Shinsou's hands as he held Denki in his arms, tears rolling down his face.

He looked up in anger at the person that shot him.

The person, Shigaraki, was laughing. "It is much fun to ruin lives this way" he said.

Shinsou growled, gently laid Denki down and ran toward the villain.

Shigaraki was about to shoot again, when Shinsou used his quirk to brainwash him.

Shigaraki dropped the gun in his hands and did what Shinsou asked, brainwashed. He was put to sleep.

When he was finished, Shinsou rushed back to Denki.

He sat down and held Denki in his arms.

"You're gonna be ok, baby" he whispered, putting pressure on the wound.

"You're gonna be ok"
