We let the mansion and headed off the the circus to join and figure out what exactly was going on. The carriage stopped and I escorted my master and Alex out of the carriage and we made our way to the back of the circus where tents lined up in rows.
~Time Skip~
"What ar y'e doin back here?" A tall man with the hand of a skeleton walked up to us I bowed "Where are here to audition for your circus." he looked puzzled then put on a normal face "Alrighty then! Follow me and ye better be prepared!" We followed him deeper into the circus tents and animals, one animal did catch my eye, it was a beautifully stripped tiger in the back when Alex snickers "Hmm, taking an interest in another kitten?" She spoke teasingly I could not help but smile "All cats are great to me" she just smiles and continued to walk, she was a sight, I told her to cover her ears and tail just in case they might need a reason to have her I'm sure they don't have any cat demons around her. "Alrighty Ye young girl!" Alex's eyes darted strait to the man "What are ye good at?" I turned to her wondering what she was going to say when the young master beckons me down, I lean down to his level and he whispers to me "Male sure we pass this exam that we are required to do we need to investigate further." I nod my head. "I would suppose Something involving acrobats?" It does not surprise me, she is a cat after all.
We where standing on the ground as we watched Alex get tied to the safety rope as she was going to attempt to tight rope walk "K know make sur' ye do something interesting!" She looked down then up, and walked on the rope with ease doing all kinds of tricks with splits and bending over backwards.
Once me and the young master finished our auditions they had one more task "Ye can't be in the circus if ye don't smile!!" There faces froze and I could not help but laugh "Come on little boy smile!" And the young master did, "next up!" There gazes all looked at Alex she cringed but then gave the most Beautiful smile I had ever seen, and by the faces everyone else agreed.
They soon lined us up to meet everyone "Hey guys! Ye got some new recruits! This..." he gestured towards me "Is black!" Then he gestured at my young master "This is Smile!" I chuckled at the irony he did not find it so amusing then lastly he gestured towards Alex "And this is kitten!" She just stood there in shock, I heard everyone talking to each other which made me mad all it was, was "He's pretty cute!" Or "Look at them two there so handsome!"or worst of all "That girls pretty hot!" It made me cringe humans are a disgusting spices.
