Forbidden 41: Boyfriend vs. Best friend

Chapter 41.

"Oh god. Calm down Dix!" I shouted while gripping my seatbelt tightly.

We're now riding his car.

His attention focus in the driveway while driving it so fast. "I said calm down Dix! Hindi ito karera! Fucking slow down!" I shouted while facing him.

Bakas sa mukha nya ang galit.

He didn't even bother to look at me and just continue driving in a furious way. Halos liparin na ang mahaba kong buhok sa sobrang bilis ng pag-mamaneho niya.

Damn. It's my fault.

I push him to make this angry.

My left hand is holding the seatbelt and using my right hand, I slowly touch his free hand. "Please?" I begged.

I saw his jaw clenched and seconds later, he stopped the car at the side of the highway. "Fuck. I'm jealous," He whispered but it's enough for me to hear it. Mahigpit ang pag-kakahawak nya sa manubela tsaka ako binigyan ng malamig na titig. "Really jealous." He added.

I gulped.

I compose myself and tightens the hold to his hand. "D-don't be jealous. It's just that, hm. Am. I-I'm just carried away." I utterly said.

He smirked and give me a questioning look. "Fucking carried away? Why huh? Are you that worried to forgot that I'm your boyfriend and not him?"

"Don't put malice Dix. Nagawa ko lang 'yun dahil nag-alala ako. He's my best friend for pete sake!"

He chuckles. "So you're saying that you're more concern to your best friend than me, your boyfriend? Is that it huh?"

Napapikit ako sa sinabi niya. I let out a deep sighed and pulled myself together. "Of course I'm more concern about you. Nagawa ko lang na yakapin siya dahil nakita kong tumilapon ang kotse niya. Yun lang. I'm just happy to know that he's safe after seeing that near-death-scenario of his life. As I said, I was just carried away." I explained.

Ilang segundo syang natahimik sa sinabi ko tsaka ako tinignan muli. "I hate seeing you hugging other guys. You know that Zyrel. I fucking hate it so much."

"I do know that. Sorry if I act that way earlier. I promise, I just did that because he's my best friend. Nothing more."

I doubt that.

It's that really it? He's just my best friend?

I smile and unclasped my seatbelt to hug him. "Don't be jealous ok? I don't want you to get mad again because of jealousy." I said while hugging his arm and resting my head to his shoulder.

"Then don't do such act that will cause me jealous."

I slowly nodded. "Y-yeah. I promise, it won't happen again."

"From now on,"

I'm waiting him to continue but he remained silent for a seconds. "From now on?"

"Stay away from him. Don't talk nor try to get closer with than man. I want to cut the strings between you and Alcantara. In short, Fucking break your friendship."

I felt stabbed in my chest while hearing those words.

Break our friendship?
