Today was New Years Eve. The last day of 2014.
This year was sure one to remember. It's when I found my twinsie for life, Yazzy.
I had just woken up. I didn't realize it was already 11:30 in the morning. I stayed up soo late last night.
I grabbed my phone, and pressed the button. I had a couple texts from Yasmin.
Y| hey sleepy butt get up I gotta get an answer from YA
Y| helllllooooooooo
Y| JJJUULLIIAANNNNNAAAAA
Y| I will come over there and dump water on you.
M| WHAATTTT??!?!???!! I was peacefully sleeping.
Y| do yo wanna come with me to babysit? I have no one else to do it with.
M| yeah, I'll ask my mom. But I have a doctors appointment. What time?
Y| around 6:30 is that alright?
M| yeahh that's okay. I'll see you then.
I honestly didn't know what to do till then. I had an appointment at 5:00. All I knew was I had to get blood drawn for testing.
It was finally time to go to Yasmin's. I was excited to spend New Year's Eve with my best friend.
"Okay, this is Maverick, that's Autumn, and that is Ginger and Gus." Tammy pointed to the kids, then the dogs.
"Okay." I said, and smiled.
After the parents left, we had some pizza to eat.
I pulled Yasmin to the counter.
"Should I message Trenton to talk with us?" I whispered. "Um, YESS!!" She replied.
"Okay." I said.
"Oohhh, who's TRENTON? The kids repeated. "Someone. You guys won't understand." I laughed.
So I messaged him.
When he messaged me back, my heart skipped a beat.

I showed Yasmin the message.
"Ommgggggg girly!!!!! I'm like freaking out for you!! Message him back!!!'' She squealed.
I didn't want to reply too quickly. But I did anyway.

Then my phone buzzed.
But it wasn't him. it was my mom.
Later that night, we decided to call him.
"Hey, it's Yasmin." She said, taking my phone, and putting it on speaker.
"Oh, um, heyy." He replied. "Soo, the truth. You really like my friend?" She asked.
"Well, like as a friend. We made good when we went on our date, but I like someone from my school." he said.
My heart sank.
"That's harsh. You do know you're on speaker. She heard everything." Yazzy snapped.
"Oh." Was all he could say.
"What about Nick? How does he feel with me? And us?" She asked.
"He said he would hook up with you." Trenton spoke.
"So, I would be his 'booty call' technically." She snapped.
"Not at all. Well I don't know. things are complicated I guess." He said.
"Well, we gotta go. Maybe we will call you later." Yasmin said, and hung up.
"I'm sorry Julianna." She hugged me.
"I knew I shouldn't have fallen for him. Something didn't feel right. But I couldn't tell because I had feelings for him." I sobbed.
"I know how you feel. Nick just known me as a Booty Call. That's doesn't make me feel any better either. Their gonna wish they had us" She said.
"Yeah they are." I replied.
I tried to enjoy the rest of the night. I couldn't stop replaying the conversation in my head as I slept.
"I have feelings for someone else."
