Hi loves,😃

If there is one thing that I have done so well in my life is managing my best girls and making them so powerful than what their imagination had given them. Now they are the most sought out people among the fabulous celebrities in the universe yeah I know I said the universe.

Cassie and Leila Jones have been married for four years now. Cassie being in co-ownership of the most popular show in London,THE BOLD, and the C.E.O to the largest tech company in London too, THE JONES, which she started literary at the back of our garage back in Detroit and Leila a brand influencer just give her anything and she will make you lots of money out of it. She is the most social person I have ever come across. I remember the first days of us getting to know each other I think we talked for a while without her knowing my name but that did not detour her the slightest, Cassie the same, the reason why they are so in love with each other till to date. Tonight they are attending the Met Gala. This is where I let the girls chose what to wear.

"Get us Fendi prints, we are not doing Gucci this time around again dear sweetheart," Leila called out.

"What do you think Claire?" Cassie asked.

"I think we should go big on this Friday saaaleeee," I screamed.

"Like always she is more excited than the two of you," a voice from the door was heard.

"Brother it is so nice to see you, when did you arrive I would have had someone pick you up from the airport," Leila said.

"They do not work for me Leila, they work for you. I rented a car instead and got myself here but truth be told London traffic is such a pain in the ass," Andres said.

"That is London for us Londoners," I said with a smile.

"Hello little one, these two giving you a hard time yet," Andres asked.

"You know she can handle herself Andres and btw I am still standing over here so you can hug me anytime now," came Cassie's ranting jokes.

Andres was Leila's younger brother. We all laughed as he told us the reason for him being here as an escort for the most popular newswoman Penelope grant. The audacity of that woman, I am glad he accepted anyways, she is better than the other social climbers around.

"Miss Claire the delivery is here."

"Thank you Carl."

It was now time to glam my girls up. Nicki's going to love this I said to myself. We have worked so hard to get to where we are and even though this is not the first time we are attending the Met Gala, I sure planned on leaving a mark and making it top to all the media stations that will be there oh and of course it is a bonus that Andres is escorting Penelope Grant. Things are coming along the Jones way. My second family.

"Leila, Cassie over here smile, give us a pose, turn around, and give us a twirl..." reporters everywhere, cameras flashing, questions being thrown.

"Leila where will we being seeing you next? It is such a surprise you are wearing a brand that did not include you in its launch a few days ago?"

Oh reporters and their insinuations, don't they get bored?

We escaped the red carpet to give room for the others since we had spent fifteen minutes straight on it unlike the usual ten that is recommended.

"Claire it is so nice to see you here again, work is such a pain that I never have time for my best friend," Nicki called out.

"It is no worries, with all the video calls we have I would say I forgive you." I said.

"Yeah she is so good at that. Nicki the fabric feels so nice on my skin I just love it. Oh and once again I am so sorry I could not be available for the launch," Leila said from behind me.

"It is no big deal because you and Cassie being here now wearing that means a lot to me, thank you, and now if you will excuse me, my manager says that I have got rounds to make."

"Watch out for Meany miss!"

"Sshhhh Leila!" I warned.

The event was a really big success. People really know how to be thorough and that I do appreciate of course. As a matter of fact Nicki called me the following day telling me of how her stocks are rising so fast and I was really happy for her. I do not know whether this was Leila's plan all along to be the only couple going for the fendi prints but she had done something good whether she knew it or not. In the coming week she was needed in Paris to do a shoot for the Louis Vuitton new collection. I would say she's a brand on her own. If she ever decided to stop free lancing she would be sure to land great back on her feet on her own.

"Claire, can we have a drink?" Cassie asked.

"Yeah sure, something's bothering you I am listening," I told her.

"You know me so well, I am just worried about Leila, and she is going to be in Paris all alone this time around," she said.

"Ouch I am offended, I'll be with her all the time," I feigned being hurt.

"You know that is not what I mean, I just I won't be with her, in short I'll miss her a lot, and you know that we never go separate ways."

"I know and it is going to be a first but it is only for a week and she will be back before you know it, just hang in there boo, alright?" I told her.

With that she left to get some rest in her room or probably work on her computer, the one that she never ever leaves behind. I was about to head to my room when I heard somebody in the living room.

"Hello, it is past people's bed time, you know especially in London," I said.

"I was hungry and I thought I would sit here and wait for some other person who is hungry too, are you hungry?" Andres asked.

"Depends."

"Depends on what?"

"Whether you are asking me out?"

"What if I am?" he said smirking and trapping my gaze with his.

"Then I'd say yes, but that is only if you are asking me out," his smile grows wider as I challenge him with my eyes.

"So if I was asking you out and you said yes where would you like to go?"

"I do not know, you are the one who is hypothetically asking me out right now." I said

He chuckled a sound I have come to love all these years I have been around him.

"You still love chicken don't you?" he asked.

"I'd marry those babies if it was possible."

"Ha-ha, chicken it is, there is a restaurant two blocks away from here."

"Someone has been researching I see."

"The best for a special someone I'd say."

"flattery isn't going to get you anyway my dear Andres, if there is something I have learnt to get used to around with the kind of job I have is flattery, so do away with the cheeky lines."

He stared at me for what seemed like ages, not those eyes, the smile. Damn you sweet chickens.
