Wrong Point of View

"We're over."

-Flashback-

November 30

Taehyung wakes up and smiles. He's going to meet his brother Hoseok who is coming to Seoul today. His brother is coming after a year and he's eager to introduce him to his boyfriend."I'm so excited!! I should go get dressed-" Taehyung sees that he got a message on his phone. He picks it up and frowns. "What does Hobi Hyung need to tell me that's so urgent?" Taehyung wonders as he gets ready to meet his brother at the cafe where his mom works. He walks downstairs and sees his mom laying down on the couch with tissues all around her.

"Eomma! What happened?" Taehyung asks in worry.

"Aish, it's nothing, Bear. I'm just feeling a little sick. I won't be able to go to work today. Just meet Hobi and bring him home with you after eating okay?" Mrs. Kim says, sniffling.

"Okay, Eomma. Take care of yourself. I'll bring Hobi Hyung with me after lunch." Tae says hugging his mom.

Hobi is on his phone waiting for Taehyung to arrive at the cafe. "Aish, when will this boy arrive?" He says impatiently. "HOBI HYUNG I'M HERE!!" Taehyung yells as he bursts into the cafe.

Everyone looks at him weirdly. "Hehe, sorry." He says as he scratches the back of his neck in embarrassment.

"Oh my god, even after a year, this kid still hasn't changed." Hobi says as he smiles at his brother. "Sit down, Bear."

"Hyung! I missed you so much!" He says as he hugs his brother tightly.

"I missed you too, Bear." Hobi says as he hugs back.

Little do they know, someone is taking pictures of them and sending it to his boyfriend, Jeon Jungkook.

Jungkook looks at his phone as he sees a message from his brother, Junghyun. He is shocked after seeing these photos.

Jungkook : Hyung, what is this?

Junghyun: Jungkook, I think Tae might be cheating on you...

Jungkook: No, Taehyung would never do that. He's too innocent for that.

Junghyun: Kook, look at these other photos.

Junghyun says as he sends Jungkook photos of Taehyung leaving a street with bloody hands. The same street where Jungkook's mother died. Jungkook's tears flowed down.

Junghyun: I even heard him talking with that guy in the cafe. That guy said, "Baby, I missed you so much!"

Jungkook's blood boiled. He was a very short-tempered person. He clenched his fist and punched the wall.

Jungkook: Hyung, where are they.

Junghyun smirks. He knows that Jungkook is mad now. Who wouldn't know after seeing a blunt sentence like that after the pictures he just sent.

Junghyun: At xxxx Lane. A Cup of Joy cafe.

Jungkook: I'll be there in 10 minutes.

Jungkook says as he grabs his car keys and drives to the cafe.

"W- what? I have lung cancer?" Taehyung says as he starts sobbing. "Don't cry, Taehyung-ah. We will fix this." Hobi says leaning in to wipe his tears. He kisses Tae's cheek and assures him that everything will be alright. He backs away as he gets a call. "I'll be back. It's work related." Hobi says as he walks away.

Jungkook was seeing this and his blood was boiling. He was mad that this man he doesn't even know about was being so touchy with him, and that Tae killed his mom. He wasn't in his right mind.

Jungkook stomps into the cafe and grabs Tae's arm roughly. "W- what are you doing, Kook? Stop, it hurts!" Tae whimpers asking Jungkook to let him go.

Jungkook slaps Tae and says, "THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FOR CHEATING ON ME, YOU SLUT! YOU KILLED MY MOTHER, USED ME, AND CHEATED ON ME?! WE'RE OVER!"

"W- what? Jungkook. Please, Jungkook. It- it isn't what it looks like, please, just listen." Taehyung begs Jungkook to let him explain.

Jungkook just storms out of the cafe leaving a crying Taehyung on the floor. "He misunderstood everything... Why do you do this to me, god? First lung cancer, then losing my love!"

Hobi sees his brother crying on the floor and takes him home. After that day, Taehyung was never the same. He rarely ever smiled again. He kept wondering who told Jungkook those lies. When he found out that it was Junghyun, he wasn't even surprised. Junghyun had been harrassing Taehyung for a long time. It just got worse after Taehyung and Jungkook broke up...
