Wrong Point of View

"Guys like me don't get the good ending..."

-The next day (Still flashback)-

Mrs. Jeon looks around before hopping into her car. Mr. Kim also gets in his car, driving off to the location Mrs. Jeon said. Driving off, Mrs. Jeon sees traffic up ahead and parks her car somewhere near the location.

As Mrs. Jeon is walking, she's more focused on getting to the location that isn't aware of her surroundings. A man comes up from behind and whispers in her ear. "I love you, Eomma. Goodbye." Junghyun stabs Mrs. Jeon and brings her to an alley and cleans his fingerprints from the knife. Planning on making it look like someone robbed her, he takes her purse.

"Next, for Mr. Kim." Junghyun dials someone and says, "Do it." The man crashes into Mr. Kim's car and jumps out of the truck, running far away from the scene.

-With Taehyung-

Hoseok, Mrs. Kim, and Taehyung are playing a game of Monopoly when Mrs. Kim's phone rings. "Maybe it's your Appa." Mrs. Kim walks over to her phone and picks up the call.

"Hello?"

"Is this Mrs. Kim?" The person on the other side of the phone questions.

"Yes?" Mrs. Kim replies.

"Your husband, Mr. Kim got into an accident at xxxx lane."

"W-what?!" Mrs. Kim face turns pale. Hanging up, she runs to the door. The boys curiously follow.

Arriving at the crime scene, Hoseok, Taehyung, and Mrs. Kim break down in tears.

"How did this happen?!" Taehyung sobs, running to the body and hugging his father. His white shirt becomes stained with his father's blood.

"Kid, I need you to step away from the body." One cop says.

Taehyung emotionlessly lets go of the body of his dead father.

The cops lead the three to a car and take them to the station for questioning.

After this incident, Junghyun started harassing Taehyung and stalking him. When Taehyung reported this to a cop, Junghyun killed the cop. Out of pure fear, Taehyung decided not to tell anyone about this.

A couple months later, Taehyung and Jungkook became close and started dating. Junghyun was furious, but he loved his brother too much to kill him, so he waited for an opportune moment. Then, the day arrived, and Junghyun snatched that opportunity.

-End of flashback-

"And that's what happened." Junghyun remarks.

Jungkook punches Junghyun one more time and holds him by the neck, choking him. His angry face molds into a proud one.

Smirking, Jungkook looks over to Yoongi. "You got that, bro?"

"All of it." Yoongi innocently smiles while waving his phone in the air.

"NO! I WON'T GO TO JAIL!"

Taehyung finally runs over to the scene with students behind him, curious of what's going on.

Junghyun spots Taehyung and yells, "TAEHYUNG! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME!" Junghyun starts crying. "Is this what I get for loving someone?!"

Taehyung runs up to Junghyun and hugs him. "I'm sorry, Junghyun! I swear I didn't mean for any of this to happen! Please, forgive me!" Taehyung pleads.

Suddenly, everyone hears sirens. In a matter of minutes, the cops arrive and cuff Junghyun.

Junghyun weakly smiles at Taehyung. "Guys like me don't get the good ending... I love you, Tae." The cops drag Junghyun away.

Taehyung starts crying and hugs Jungkook. "Even though he hurt me so much, it hurts to see him go like this... he's still my friend."

"I know, baby." Jungkook comforts Taehyung.

(Note: If anyone is confused, they were in 12th grade at the time.)

-6 years later-

Taehyung is feeding his 1 year old son, Taegguk. Jungkook comes home from work and pecks Taehyung.

"Ah, I'm so tired..." Jungkook sighs, sitting on the couch.

Putting Taegguk in his crib, Taehyung walks over to Jungkook and sits on his lap, massaging his forehead.

"Cuddles." Jungkook hugs Taehyung.

"I love you, Kookie."

"I love you more, Tae."

-The End-

Ok so here's a backstory for Junghyun: Jungkook was always the favorite child and he just needed some love. So when Tae said he didn't like him that way, Junghyun had enough. And that phone call he got was from Jungkook. Also, Taehyung already got a surgery for his condition. Hope that clears anything up.

I'm gonna miss Junghyun's character... I feel so bad for him... Since this is my first ever ff, it hurts to see this one end 😭But, I must move on! Hope you guys liked the book! Can you check out 'My Mafia'? It's another book I'm working on!
