The school day ended (finally) and everyone was packing their things up, ready to go home. "Hey shu! Do you wanna walk home with me?" It was kaede. She'd always seemed to like him but a bit to....desperately? She would try to converse with him every day and she seemed desperate to do so. "No, no thanks kaede" he replied hiding his face even more behind his black hat. Ad so he began the long walk home.
The blue-ish haired boy took the most of it. He breathed in fresh air and let the sun been on his face. Deciding that he would start on the homework right away seeing as kokichi definitely wouldn't contribute to it at all, the pale boy reached into his pocket and grabbed the keys. He pushed the door open and quickly made his way to his room at the top of his house as to not start conversation with his mother. When he reached the room he closed the door shut and kicked off his shoes. It was the type where part of the walls are slanted, they were a pale blue and his bed quilt was checkered.
Shuichi chucked his bag on the bed and opened it to take out his books. He opened the book he'd take home from the library and something fell out. It was a piece of paper folded quite unevenly. He opened it up and there were childish drawings of what looked like kokichi and....him? Him and kokichi holding hands? Infront of what looked like his house and in scribbling handwriting were the words "me and shu"
