Right then I got a text from Marinette.

Adrien: I'm sorry it was the only way that my father would let me do it!
Marinette: Sureeeee... totally 😒
Adrien: I'm telling you the truth! I told him it was really important to my girlfriend. He was like what girlfriend. And I didn't want to say Chloé because he would make a huge deal and make the Bourgeois come over. I didn't think he would make you come over since he didn't know your parents.
Marinette: Now you're calling me a nobody? What a great boyfriend.
Adrien: No I'm not I swear!
Marinette: Just admit you're into me.
Adrien: Am not!
Marinette: Yes you are! You wouldn't come up with that lie otherwise.
Adrien: Fine
Marinette: SO YOU ARE?!?
Adrien: NO NO!
Marinette: I like Luka.

I like Luka. Right? We've been going out and he's really nice. I just don't feel something between us, but I really like him. I need to tell him about this whole thing, so he doesn't find out on his own and stops talking to me. I have to tell him in person though. I just don't know if he is someone I wanna have a relationship with yk? I should text Alya.

I put my diary back into it's locked box and pick up my phone. Adrien still hasn't responded.

Marinette: SOS!
Alya: What's going on?
Marinette: I just told Adrien that I like Luka but I don't know if I like-like Luka, but he's so sweet, but I dont want to hurt Adrien's feelings.
Alya: Wait now you like Adrien?!! And Luka?!?
Marinette: I don't like Adrien!!! Ewww
Alya: But you don't want to hurt his feelings? 😏
Marinette: oh shut up! You know this is hard for me! Hence the SOS! How did you know you like liked Nino?
Alya: he's the one that makes my heart flutter when I spend time with him. Like it's different than hanging out with like Ivan.
Marinette: thanks!

(Thinking to herself)
When I'm with Luka, it's so nice and sweet, but with Adrien, everything is so, unexpected. I don't know. I should just sleep.

Adrien:
But how do I get her to love me? That's the real question.
