"Mommy, why does ice cream melt?" The mother looked down at her young child, dark ash hair rested on the girls shoulders. Her honey comb eyes looking back into her mother's. Running past them the all too familiar face, shaking them up. The little girl falling to the growned as her ice cream also smashed onto the cement growned. The mother latched onto her daughter, shielding her from the trembles that threatened them.

I started my walk again seeing fresh prints of where my dangerous friend had walked right by me. Waving to Ethena and Rita incase it be my last time seeing them.
I thanked my younger brother Aiden for having such a wild personality. My family was rich, before now I'd never experienced hunger, nor death. Everything I had was given to me without even a thought. It was due to Aiden I'd learned, for he'd had adventurous wishes. We'd play in our back yard making stories of swashbuckling pirates with wooden swords fighting sea monsters to little elves living in a large forest only nature there to use. He would do the research and I'd write it all down into a map and screenplay for our lonely afternoons where my parents worked from 6am to 9pm. So this was rather a humbling experience for me. I'd walked far enough where my legs felt numb, and my savory treats of blue cheese munchies had ran low. When a sweet yet tart fragrance kind of like the wine vineyards my parents used to own growing up slammed into me, now this was my only concentration.
I saw a break in the trees The light sky begging to be seen and not covered through shadows. My little bird friend came to me landing on my shoulder as I stepped into the opening.
I opened my arms closing my eyes standing still for a moment sun soaking into my every pore a small breeze sweeping my snow hair gently off my shoulders. Opening my honey comb orbs a deserted pomegranate farm revealed itself.
Again that loud sharp throaty vibration sounded, and the pounding of multiple legs coming close. I again retreated up a tree climbing fast and affectively, down the hot dogs and legs looked back at me starting to chuckle before looking back at the far establishment. The sound came again and the creature retreat to follow the noice.

From that day on Our little Snow White worked hard in false hope, she'd spent everyday taking the fallen wood from the woods and digging holes to stick them in. She'd also filled it in with random mulch. Finally after six weeks of nothing but work she'd built a full barrier. She'd also decorating her little home with flowers and made it more effective against the elements. She was going to find her family; from there she'd layed little petals on the path to the vineyard like place. Aiden would know, if he was out there they'd find each other... she'd also stocked up on the blue cheese munchies finding that they filled her. I decided grubs were easier to find in this area and those were the main meal most days; a soft buttery creature that had an after taste though it wasn't unpalatable. There were other things I ate but those were my favorite.
Blue cheese munchies and butter pops...
