LiFei sat in the corridor of the resident they gave for her to stay in. It wasn't far from the great hall nor the garden. Over the walls, she could see the high tree branches that filled up with flowers, she didn't recognize the type of flower, though they were beautiful. (Mugunghwas) Sipping her tea she heard someone approaching from her left. She turned to see Ah Yung holding an envelope that she recognized. Quietly, Ah Yung handed over the letter and started replacing the teapot with some sweet Tanghulu.
Putting the letter aside she turned to Ah Yung and gestured her to sit down. "I will hardly be able to eat all these, why don't you eat some too." She smiles at her knowing that Ah Yung personally didn't like being looked down upon. Ah Yung slightly bows her head and picks a stick up and starts to eat. Turning away Lifei pickes up the envelope and sighs. She knows he's going to be mad that she ignored his request to meet him. But decides to open the letter anyway.
Fei,
I request that you meet me as soon as possible, or at least write back to me, I have important information to discuss with you. I know that you know where you stand, don't get caught. -MinShe sighed and called Hoseok, he came from his position outside of the courtyard, towards her. "Yes?"
"The other guards will be leaving in two weeks, during the time they are still here I want you to do something else, but you can't tell anyone what it is." She looked up at him from her seat, expecting an answer. "I understand, but if I may ask, what is the task?"
"I will be writing a letter soon, and I want you to deliver it to the city brothel house, without being seen." Hoseok nodded in response.LiFei started thinking for a second on how she should approach this situation, but snapped out of it and she saw she was creating a stiff atmosphere. She chuckled and as asked Hoseok to sit too and enjoy the sweet treat.
Hoseok shared a look with Ah Yung, they both knew something was wrong. He was worried, all the years that he's been working for her/ being her friend, he's never seen her so distressed and serious.
