I scrolled through my phone. I had just woken up and I was not leaving my tent. Or at least I had no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, Neverland doesn’t have wifi. Or if it does, I don’t know the password for it.

Malcolm went off to do ‘whatever Malcolms do.’ His words, not mine.

There was knock at my door.

            Go far far away.

“Who is it?” I said trying not to sound rude.

“It’s Lucas,” He was one of the lost boys, “We’re about to start training.”

            Stuuuupid.

            “Alright,” I sighed.

I got dressed. I had been practicing on how to make things appear and disappear and I got some clothes out of it. Most of them were blue though.

I feel like knife throwing would be kind of easy and that’s the only reason I’m not refusing to go training.

I slipped on my boots and walked out. There were targets on tons of trees and the lost boys were shooting at them with arrows. I picked up a bow and arrow and went to a tree that wasn’t being shot at.

I shot at it and missed terribly.

“Fχck this,” I muttered under my breath.

I picked up a few daggers and went back to my target. I tossed the bow elsewhere. I took one of the daggers I had taken and hurled it at the target. Bull’s-eye.

Yep, knife throwing is totally my thing.

After training the boys went to do whatever it is that the boys do. I wouldn’t know because I don’t like them.

I went out into the woods with Malcolm to practice magic and to discuss our ‘plan.’

“Whatever you do, don’t fall for him,” Malcolm warned.

“Maybe if we find his true love that’s also in love with him, he’ll fχck off,” I suggested.

Malcolm had told me how some people take their own hearts out so they wouldn’t feel any emotions.

Ever since, I’ve been trying to take my own heart out. I figured there was some kind of spell for it but it turns out you just shove your hand in your chest and take it out. So primitive.

I took my heart out and what I saw surprised me. It wasn’t what I’d imagine it to look like. It was clear but tinted blue. And it was hard, like glass. It was almost crystal-like.

“Malcolm have you got an explanation for this?” I frowned.

“I’ve never seen anything like that before..” He said frowning as well.

“Well either way, it’s going in the ground,” I stated and began burying it in a tree.

I needed something to go in my hearts place. Why would I leave a hole in my chest?

I picked a peach from a tree and put it in my chest.

            Because I’m peachy.
