Chapter 4

Sry I haven't updated in a while. I've had no inspo recently. Anyways, here it is...

Freddie's POV:

I'm so glad Carly didn't find out why me and Sam actually pretended to break up. I really am glad, because if she did she would go ballistic. I look at Sam and smile and hold her hand, she smiles at me and holds my hand back. I feel so relieved that we can actually do this in front of Carly now. I mean, I don't know how we managed it that long because it's like I can't handle not holding her hand now or whatever. It's better now that she knows.

"Oh, Carl's? Did you get all the prep done for iCarly tomorrow?"

"Yeah, but I think you're camera needs it's lens changed or whatever you call it."

"Alright, I'll be back in a mo'!"

I get up off the sofa and jog up to the studio.

"I'm gonna go help him!"

Sam then follows me upstairs too. That means she either wants alone time with me or she wants to talk. Either is fine.

We get upstairs to the studio and I go over to my tech cart to change the camera lens.

"You don't really want to help me do ya, baby?"

"No, I don't even know how to do it."

"You want me to sho-"

"No!... Thanks, I'm good."

"Alright, why'd you come here then?"

"To talk and to just be with you."

"Ok, what ya wanting to talk about?"

I put me camera down and we both sit down next to each other on the beanbags. She puts her arm around my waist and lays her head on my chest. I love it when she puts all her defensive walls down and holds me like she needs protection. It makes me feel like just being around her is worth the whole world, that is how much I love this beautiful blonde-headed demon. I mean 'blonde-headed demon' in a good way as well. Like she can protect me as well as me protecting her. I gently kiss her forehead and put my arm on her shoulder.

"Well, it's about why we actually faked breaking up. Should we tell Carly? I mean, she will find out at some point."

"She will, but for the time being let's not. Because she only just found out that we were together this whole time and we don't want to freak her out. Yeah?"

"Ok."

She looks up at me with her beautiful ocean-blue eyes and smiles. Now that is a face I want to see everyday for the rest of my life. There is nothing more I want than her.

She snuggles back into me and I kiss her forehead. I love her so dang much!
