"everything's in place now we just need the sorting to finish" James whisper-shouts almost squealing like a four year old getting ice cream.
"Just wait til' we tell Minnie that she was the inspiration for this" Sirius whisper-shouts back almost squealing exactly like James.
"the sorting's done ready?" Remus asks the boys they all nod "3...2...1!" They all shout perfectly in sync.
The doors to the great hall burst open and at the top of the door a massive banner that says "THE CIRCUS IS BACK IN TOWN!" appears and smoke bombs of every colour imaginable goes of there's a mess of blues, reds, greens(although slightly less of them because they wouldn't want the hall the get infected by the slimy snakes colours), purples, yellows, oranges and much more. It almost takes fifteen minutes for the smoke to fully clear up and the sight that meets their eyes is half terrifying half absolutely hilarious,
Minerva McGonagall is standing in front of the teachers table looking absolutely furious (although if you looked close enough you would also see a slight smirk lurking on her face too)with rainbow splotches all over giving the boys a death glare when she shouts " detention for two months with Mr. Filch"
But all the boys replied with was "soooo did you miss us?"

sorry this chapter was really short and VERY poorly written but I hope you can excuse that. oh well, so how was the first story I hope it was ok I for some reason have always been able to imagine this happening so I thought I would share it
