Chapter 18: "THE ILL FATHER"

“The Ill Father”

       

        Back in Olympus, as I watch them at the clairvoyance ball, I can see their situation. The deities are falling into their own darkness. Eros, Hermes, Aphrodite, and even their great father Zeus. Hahaha! Wicked am I, but there is one person who seeks vengeance for my mother.  Il Idha, the third testament that I must find. Zeus’ fell ill, no one can govern Olympus, so Hera took the leadership. She was determined to take the responsibility, so do I. But it all change when Zeus cannot recover from his illness, when their daughter Athena searched for remedy. When she find out, that the only way to cure his father’s illness, was to open the chamber of darkness, in short Zeus’ own heart.

        But she was hesitant to do it. But it is the only way to cure her father’s illness. But no one knows where to find that chamber, and then she conducted her search. I know the cure, without opening his heart, without purifying his own self. They just need to use the 7 sacred testaments. But I already have the two.

        My brother Albrhaim from my human mother, he knows where to find the Il Idha, so I rushed where it was located. But it was a vast of open land. My brother left me a clue on how to find Il Idha. “The sun rises, the moon rises, the cold wind passes, the deep sound of music vanish. The warm wind shows, the opening of self is the only way to open the gates of Termis” Termis was the old place of Il Idha, the scribe of my mother Odin. She was considered the 10th commander in charge of the Archios. But he was sealed and killed, and thine heart was burry deep in this land.

        The vast area of Africa, it was so hot, I can use my power to change the climate. So I do, I change the climate in Africa, the people were confused, thinking, how did it snow. But I sang the song Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. The vast area of Africa were seems to be uncivilized, but there are people who lives secretly in the place, who live peacefully. I visited one of the village in Africa, there are children dying from hunger and malnutrition. I cried that my child were crying, begging for food, most of all water, the water in Africa were too scarce.

        I am Earth the creator and guardian of this world, so I am, I used my power, I wept with them, when they grieve with their children buried in the sands of the dessert. I can see how horrible the world I created, guarded, and most of how unfair I am. There are places that are abundant on resources, but I nearly forgotten how scarce the resources here in this little continent.

        I am earth the mother of my children, so I use my power to create a wonderful place with them, the place that they should treasure until they die, a place where everything don’t need to sweat just to find a droplet of water to drink. They thank me with all their hearts and I can see the happy little faces in them. They bowed at me, and I refused, I am not meant to be bestowed, thy name may be written in thy mind, but I am not meant to be praised. Thought there are little white flags vanished in thy heart, but those little fireflies will rest in the arms of what they call God. But the contradiction I am deity of myself, though the scarlet blooms in this place, I am not meant to be praised.

        The people cried when I say those words, but Perse and Eris shocked.

        “When did you become a Christian?”

        “Duhh! Nevermind!!”

        So we banish and went directly to Urah, the caves of Il Idha, the well pronounced god in Africa, but Il Idha was one of my greatest friend when my mother Odin was still alive. This cave was filled with human flesh, dead bodies, and even dead souls, who wander and confused where to go. It wasw filled with darkness, and in the middle of the cave you can see a room of darkness, a room filled with 12 birthstones. The cave has 12 doors, and in the top of it are the birthstones. But there is this one door, without any stones, and in the entrance was just a mere precaution, saying, “Never mind to die, you will be consumed”  but I never faltered, we are deities, we enter the room with precaution. When we enter, a large area of land was inside of it, and there it is, the testament of Il Idha, the very known as Daniel.

        I am to brave to face the reality, and I was like that’s it, but I am too late, we are too far from Daniel, and there she is, ATHENA! She’s trying to get Il Idha!

        “Persephone, use your power to capture your sister!”

        “I can’t my power only works to anyone, but to her, I am useless.”

        She muttered words which I can’t understand, her lips were dark and her hair was dyed, and her eyes were black. “That Athena, is not Athena herself. Who is Athena?!”

        “I am her sister, but the secrets were inside the chamber of secrets.”

        “The heart of Zeus, if we open it, the secrets will be revealed.”

        “But we are too late, she had it.”

        “It’s fine, she had it, I’ll kill her.” She flew fast, with her flapy wings, but it was not her wings, it was someone’s wings. [Telepathy: Nepeheus, is Athena there?]

        “[Telepathy: she’s not here, since yesterday, as far as I coud sense, Athena is not Athena herself.]”

        “[I felt it too, watch her back and kill her if it is a must.]”

        “[Fine, I will, I want to say this, and Zeus’ may die.]”

        “[Hell I care!] Let’s go back to the underworld, I will ask Hades who, and what kind of deity Athena was.”

        We disappear and went back to underworld.
