Scarlett P.O.V

Wow! I can't belive we are actually in Tulsa. After what happened with a guy there I thought Tessa wouldn't want to go back there. It's been 3 hours since we left our house and arrived in Tulsa, during those hours we have been talking and having fun. "I think we need to stop for some gas before we head to the house" Tessa said. "Yeah we should, we can get something to eat too" Char said.

Everyone got off the car and went to the little gas station shop. Tessa stayed behind to fill up the tank. "How may I help you young ladies" I heard someone say. I looked up and saw a young boy, maybe around my age, with beautiful features. "Um we're just looking around but thanks" Emerald answered.

"Alright tell me if you need anything" he said going back to the counter. I slightly smiled and went back to looking at different kinds of candy that Tess would like. I heard a engine roar outside, I groaned as I heard whistling afterwards, and face palmed. I walked up to Char and handed her the things I had and said "please hold these make sure nobody comes out, things are about to get messy and ugly". She nodded and walked up to the counter guy to distract him, walking past her I rolled up my sleeves and cracked my neck.

"If you don't fucking leave right now I'll make sure to rip off your heads and deliver them to your families personally" Tessa growled at the group of guy's. They all laughed and stepped closer to her. "I suggest you step away from her" I said glaring at them. "Oh look another pretty one boy's" the leader said. "Thank you for the complement boy but I really suggest you leave before we take action" Tessa warned them.

"Ohhh I'm so scared, look I'm shaking" he said turning to one of his companions and laughed. Tessa drew her fist back and punched him square in the face. "Oh shit" one of his friends said and watched the leader step back. I saw red leek through his fingers and down his hand. "She warned you now leave" I said growling. He stared at us and all of a sudden lunged himself towards me.

I immediately blocked his raised fist. Throwing one of my one and hooked his jaw. I saw Tessa doing the same thing at the corner of my eye. I kicked the guy in his face making him pass out. I turned around and punched a guy who was about to attack Tess from the back. I pushed on his pressure point, making him pass out quickly.

I saw that only two guys were left and one was busy with Tessa. He picked her up and threw her on their car hood. She huffed a bit, struggling against him and I immediately took action, running to were she was and reached out for the guy. Suddenly I felt arms wrapped around my waist and hold me back, I struggled against them, and saw that it was the other guy holding me back. I felt a cold hard and sharp object again my neck.

I stopped struggling and looked at Tess. She looked really pissed and stopped struggling against the guy too. "Well now that you stopped struggling let's have a bit of fun in my car" the guy holding Tessa said. She immediately wrapped her legs around the guy's neck and started choking him. She reached over his shoulder and pressed his pressure point, making him slump against her.

She hopped off the car hood and walked to were I was, smearing some blood on her face, making her look like a bad ass. "I really do suggest you get away from her and take your buddies and yourself home...NOW" Tessa growled at the guy holding me. The guy let me go and ran to the bodies, pulling them to the car. He sped off and away from us. Tessa glared after the car and then turned to me.

"Are you okay" she asked. "Yeah I'm fine the thing is are YOU okay" I asked worried. "Yeah I'm fine" she mumbled. "Let me see the cut" I demanded. She pulled back her hair and saw the long cut on her cheek, the blood made her hair get stuck to it.

"That looks bad come on lets go clean it" I said. "Scarlett I said I'm fine" she glared at her boots and crossed her arms. "You know ever since what happened with that guy you won't accept anymore help for me or the others" I finally exploded yelling at her. "And do you wanna know why, cause he caused me lot's of harm and I don't want to look like a weakling to Charlotte that's why" She started yelling but her voice went to a low hiss talk. "You never told me what kind of harm he did to you that why I don't understand" I whispered and turned around to the shop.

I wiped some tears away and breathed in, making myself stop crying. "Scar, Scarlett, I, ugh" Tessa groaned. I opened the door and walked in "Charlotte are you ready to go" I asked her. "Yeah come on I need to clean you guys off" she sighed. I looked at the guy and nodded to him.

He looked back at me with an amazed expression. Tessa walked in and walked past me and got something else, then going to the counter to check out. She handed the guy some money and grabbed the bag. The guy looked at her with aw as she walked out the shop, me not following far behind.
