A Bit Of Lore

I'd summarize, but i don't think that's the best choice here. 
(Edit: future Luna here, i have in fact made a summarization. if you haven't read it already, i suggest doing so! <3)

Aelyonixes, among many other "magical" or mythical creatures lived along side humans for a time.

Aelyonixes are based off Phoenixes. In this universe they changed the name of their species because they didn't want their species to be named by humans.

They originally liked humans, and would help them frequently.

But Humans began to get greedy and jealous of the powers all these creatures had

So they started committing genocide against the mythical creatures.

Some were just afraid of these creatures, and that is the reason why they joined this genocidal crusade. Others wanted to find out how to steal the powers each creature had.

I should mention these creatures included fairies, dragons, unicorns and others like that.

Eventually humans figured out how to steal the elemental powers Aelyonixes have.

To do this, they had to find a way to unlock the power of their own souls, then steal the soul of an Aelyonix just before they died, so they couldn't revive themselves. This led to them being able to wield the Aelyonixes element. (Idea branched from Avatar The Last Airbender) for example, say H1 took the soul of A1, a Water Aelyonix. H1 would then be able to bend water to his will, and do all sorts of tricks with the element.

I should mention the elements...

Water
Air
Earth
Fire
Nature (Earth/Water mutation)
Septic (Nature mutation)
Plasma (Fire/Air mutation)
Ice (Water mutation)
Balance

Balances not a hybrids. There is no singular light or singular dark.

And yes, Aelyonix's lay eggs.

I mean obviously, they're birds what to do expect?
Granted, they can shapeshift, but still.

And about shapeshifting. Common Aelyonixes can shapeshift into one other animal. This is something they can choose at any time in their young life, but becomes permanent at age 20.

Aelyonixes who wish to become guards of royalty will be granted the power to create portals and shapeshift into a humanoid form, a humanoid form will allow them to do their job much easier, and they recognize this even though they very much dislike humans. 

Aelyonixes born from royal blood will have those abilities at birth.

Only those born from Queen Esther will have the ability to teleport. Plasma Aelyonixes can "teleport" using electricity, lightning, and anything with plasma.

I got sidetracked with something irl here so I'm just gonna move on to explaining the genocidal war a bit and how every creature managed to escape extinction. If you have any questions let me know in the comments please

Humans wanted their power as stated before, but not only did they kill Aelyonixes but they killed other mythical creatures as well. They thought if they killed and took something specific from a specific creature they would be able to use that creatures powers.

Eventually certain Aelyonixes nearly became extinct. So, to save them, Khronos convinced Esther to create multiple planets for each and every creature in danger of the Humans. It took Esther several months to create these planets. However she used the first day to create one temporary planet for each creature to stay on in order to give her a bit more time to create other planets. 

Once most of each creature got on the planet, Esther and Khronos joined them.

However, some creatures didn't make it and had to be left behind.

These creatures were killed.
