Do I really have to climb this..." Emma sighed as she looked at the tall windmill. Emma looked at the door before trying to pry it open. Instead of opening, Emma's hands slipped from the handle causing her to stumble backwards before colliding into someone. The two grunted as they landed on the floor. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" Emma quickly apologized as she looked at the person she bumped into. It was the same guy that was staring at her while she slept. "Why is he here?" Emma question herself as she stood up and offer him her hand.
"Hey, I'm really sorry," Emma apologized again as she gave the boy an awkward smile. "Ah, it's you..." the boy mumbled before taking the opportunity to grab Emma's hand and pulled himself up. "It's fine, you should be careful next time," the boy advised as he dusted his clothes before staring into Emma's eyes. "What unique eyes, which side did you inherit?" The boy questioned as he took a closer look. Emma started to get anxious as she wasn't sure what to say. "Uhm.... I... don't know," Emma replied as her face started to sweat.
"Hm, do you happen by chance to not know your parents?" the boy asked as he was intrigued by Emma's answer. "Uh...sort of.." Emma said as she was getting uncomfortable with the questions. "Hm... I see, anyway if you were trying to enter the windmill, it's impossible. I suggest climbing," the boy said before he walked off. Completely stunned, Emma watched the boy's figure disappear in the crowd among the citizens of Mondstadt. "Well I guess I do have to climb," Emma sighed before placing her hands and feet on the stone wall.
Then, the healer started to climb. During the process, Emma got scrapes on her knees and almost ruined her bandages on her right leg. But it didn't took long as Emma safely got on the wooden platform. "Hah... Geez..." Emma panted as she slowly got up, she looked to see a small ladder that led up on another platform, Emma sighed in annoyance before climbing up the ladder and got on the second wooden platform. Luckily it was the last one that had a chest which made Emma sigh in relief.
Emma got on her knees before opening the chest. Inside was another piece of a map but it has something written on it. "She's doesn't love him at all, the passion rushing through the clear spring, is just a front when she's cold and alone, her true heart is revealed," Emma read before flipping to the other side that showed an area with a x mark. "Hm, another clue, but this sounds like something ripped from a novel," Emma mumbled before getting up. Emma quickly got on the railing before gliding back down. Then, she went back to Mondstadt's headquarters and luckily Kaeya was there. "Kaeya! Can you help me?" Emma asked as she handed the male the riddle. "She's doesn't love him at all, the passion rushing through the clear spring, is just a front when she's cold and alone, her true heart is revealed," Kaeya read before processing the words, "Have any clue?" Emma asked as tilted her head.
"Is this some page stripped from a love novel that you just happened to find?" Kaeya asked as he had a playful smirk on his lips. Emma lightly punched Kaeya's shoulder before pouting. "Do you know it or not?" Emma asked again but with a more irritated tone. "Haha.... I'm joking," Kaeya laughed as lovely stared into Emma's face, "Hmph! You're lucky I didn't punch you hard," Emma huffed as her expression went back to neutral. "Haha, this riddle is hard to figure out. Clear spring... it's referring to Springvale?" Kaeya theorized. "Passion rushing through the clear spring..." So what does passion rush through a clear spring?" Kaeya questioned as the two were deep in thought. Suddenly Emma snapped her finger. "Maybe it is referring to a waterfall," Emma answered. "Not a bad idea... but I can't let you go to Springvale all by yourself," Kaeya added as memories of the event had came to Emma's mind. "It appears the solution to this enigma relates to the waterfall behind Springvale," Kaeya continued.
"Only the clear spring that blesses Mondstadt can reveal the passion described here," Kaeya pointed out as his finger was on the X mark. And the "heart" of the waterfall must refer to the cliff on the left side of the waterfall. I noticed it once when I was out on patrol in the area," Kaeya continued. "The ending, "cold and alone" probably has something to do with Cryo, which can be controlled by a vision," Kaeya explained as the word 'Vision' triggered a memory.
