"Why did you bother saving me?!"

"I couldn't bear to see a good person as you die."

Nozomi gritted her teeth as she ran inside the building along with the two hounds. Everything was going too fast as if the divine beings wanted her to suffer by repeating what happened last time.

"I've never once regretted saving you."

"Live a long life."

She shook her head, remembering the events that happened not too long ago.

Nozomi ran through the stairs, the cursed energy was everywhere. A creature then jumped out which she successfully eliminated. 

Her concentration couldn't be distracted.

"We're getting close." They ran across the halls, the number of curses kept on appearing. She turns to a corner to find the creatures merged, who were holding two people along with the special-grade object.

"Found them."

"What the fuck was that," Kuroo said as they ran inside the third gym.

The three boys were out of breath, Akaashi was carrying Hinata on his back.

"Did you just ran a marathon?" Lev laughed seeing them panting like a dog. 

"Where did you guys even go? Yaku-san was looking for you."

"What happened to Hinata?" Tsukishima laughed as Akaashi fanned him. After seeing the shikigamis, he fainted.

Kuroo chugged down his water before speaking. "You guys wouldn't believe what we saw!"

"Enlighten us then!" Tsukishima sarcastically replied making Kuroo glare at him.

"NOZOMI-CHAN AND HINATA WERE THROWN OUT BY A FORCE THEN SHE SUMMONED TWO DOGS FROM HER SHADOW!" Bokuto explained in one breath with exaggerated hand gestures.

"Thrown out? Summoned dogs? What kind of prank are you guys on?" Tsukishima chuckled. "What's next a demon will appear and have a combat with her?"

Suddenly, they felt a tremor then glasses shattering. Bokuto ran outside along with the others. Leaving Hinata inside the gym.

Their eyes couldn't believe what they saw. Nozomi was holding Kageyama and Takeda-sensei as they were falling to the ground, all the way from the 4th floor.

"SHIT ARE THEY DEAD?!" Kuroo scrambled to where they fell but froze seeing a huge creature jumped out from the hole.

His whole body was paralyzed as he helplessly watched the creature pummeled Nozomi on the ground. She could only cough up blood, too weak to summon a shikigami. Kuroo snapped from reality seeing the unconscious bodies of Kageyama and Takeda.

"BOKUTO! AKAASHI! GO RETRIEVE KAGEYAMA AND TAKEDA-SENSEI!" Kuroo screamed pushing Tsukishima and Lev away.

"You two, go inside. Tell the others to stay in their rooms." The two looked at the scene nervously before dashing inside.

Bokuto carried Takeda-sensei on his arms as Akaashi flung Kageyama on his shoulders.

Coach Ukai suddenly appeared, his eyes widen before screaming at the boys. 

"YOU BRATS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUTSIDE?!" He ushered everyone before locking the doors, making sure they won't go outside.

He took a deep breath before lifting a finger. "Haze," The whole grounds was covered in fog which is poison to the creatures. He could hear it screaming in pain.

Nozomi was trying her best to not get devoured. Ukai jumped in to fight the creature which made her throw the finger away.

She then dropped to the ground clutching her side, a few pieces of glass pierced her skin. She also had a concussion from shielding the two.

Ukai approached her, "Shit are you okay?" 

He lifted her as she winced in pain.

"Where's everyone?" She asked while clutching her head as the blood gushes out.

"No, I made an illusion inside so they don't know what's happening right now." He explained wrapping cloth on her head to stop the bleeding.

"What about the other boys who saw what happened?"

"As long as they are inside, they wouldn't remember a thing." He assured

"Your technique is familiar, are you fr—"

"Yeah, Sakanoshita family, only three of us inherited the Smoke Manipulation Technique." He pursed his lips. 

"I don't normally consider myself as a sorcerer since I primarily used it for my own sake except my grandpa."

"Ikkei Ukai disappeared out of nowhere."

"Yeah he hates his job," He chuckled before turning to her. "What are you trying to look for? I thought I was the only one who senses the energy."

"Sukuna's finger, a student of yours took it last night." She grumbled remembering the tangerine.

"Huh you m—" he was interrupted by a sound of choking. They both turned their heads to see Hinata roughly punching his chest. 

Their eyes widen seeing the seal on his mouth.

"YOU IDIOT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She tried to ran to him, but she dropped to the ground in pain. 

Her whole body was weak at this point that she could barely lift herself.

Ukai dashed to the boy but to his surprise, he saw him swallowed the unknown object. Hinata blinked twice then it changed to red orbs. 

A new set of two eyes and black markings appeared on his body. He let out a sadistic laugh ripping off his shirt.

"N-No fucking way!" Ukai stammered in shock.

Nozomi could only glare at the tangerine, "Fucking hell my worst nightmare."

Sukuna stopped laughing as he turned around. A sadistic grin etched on his face when his eyes locked on Nozomi.

"We meet again, Fushiguro Nozomi."
