"I didn't know your father knows our coach!" Tendou exclaimed as he followed Nozomi around the court.

Nozomi hummed, glancing towards the faculty room where Toji and Washijo had been talking for an hour now.

"I didn't know either," she muttered, pursing her lips in distress.

She couldn't care less of his business as long as he doesn't meddle with hers.

"Fushiguro-san!" Coach Anabara called as she politely excused herself from Tendou.

It's only been a few hours of helping the coaches, but she was already exhausted. It almost felt like she was a player, too, for moving around the court.

Fortunately, the coaches gave her a place to stay up until the training camp ended. She took the offer only because she didn't want to go back to Tokyo for a while.

"Is it okay if I leave the boys under your care? I had to tend an emergency," Coach Anabara stated, handing her the clipboard. "You can dismiss them if you're satisfied with their performance."

Nozomi didn't have any choice other than nod. It's not like she could decline either.

As Coach Anabara left, she started taking down notes while watching the last set of the game. Her sharp eyes would glance back and forth between Hinata and the game since he's acting odd for her liking.

Though, she didn't pay any mind to it.

The game eventually ended as the first years thanked the alumni for the game. Washijo was still nowhere in sight, so she took the liberty of dismissing them and asking the ball boys to clean up.

"See you, Tsutomu!" Tendou said before turning to Nozomi. "You too, Nozomi! You're joining us for dinner!"

Nozomi nodded in response as they left the gym. She then turned to the boys, who straightened their postures.

"Don't forget to do your cool-down stretches, and don't exhaust yourselves," she stated, eyeing them individually, which made some flustered in their places.

"YES! THANK YOU!"

Nozomi then turned to Hinata, who was only wearing a shirt despite how cold it was inside. She clicked her tongue before sauntering towards him. She took off her jacket before handing it to him.

"Nomi-chan? Do you want me to wash it up?" Hinata curiously asked.

"Aren't you cold?" Nozomi quirked a brow as Hinata's face turned red in realization.

Tsukishima's eye twitched as he watched the scene unfold in front of him. He merely scoffed at the thought of him being jealous of Hinata.

"B-But w-what about you? Wouldn't you get cold?" Hinata stammered as Nozomi shook her head.

"It's fine," she shrugged. "I packed an extra."

Hinata shyly wore the clothing as the scent of fresh bamboo and peppermint immediately engulfed him. The jacket was still warm, which is a pleasant feeling.

"Thank you, Nomi-chan!" He beamed before latching on her leg.

"Get off me," Nozomi grunted, prying him off her.

"Getting cozy, are we?"

The two turned to the source, only to see a pair of green eyes glaring, specifically at Hinata. Nozomi grimaced upon the presence of Toji as he walked towards them while sporting his smug expression.

"I-I'm sorry, mister! It's not what you t-think," Hinata stuttered as the older Fushiguro's glare made him feel small.

"You're lucky Megs isn't here, or you can consider yourself dead."
