"Y/N why'd I get a call from the school today saying you need to participate in a summer activity?" Keiji questioned me as I was about to walk out of the house
And that's when I remembered that I have to go on this big month long summer field trip with my class and a few other of the schools to America.
"Oh it's not a big deal Keiji it's just a field trip to America, I can miss out on it to help around the house :)" I said trying to get out of the field trip
"Oh no dear sister you're going on that trip whether you like it or not" Keiji threatened me "or you're cleaning Bokuto's room"
"Keiji you wouldn't dare"
"Oh yes I would" Keiji finished the conversation off by grabbing my suitcase and dropping on the couch telling me to start packing cause I'm leaving in a week
I got a few texts messages from Kenma's new number telling me he was super exited to see me
I have absolutely no idea what that was about but no time to worry cause it's going to be summer in America as well so I need to pack warm weather clothing.
⏱Timeskip⏱
I woke up extra early this morning to get ready and to be on time to catch the train that's driving me and a few other kids to the airport so the trip to America can commence
When I got to the train station arms wrapped around my waist I jumped at first then elbowed the guy in his gut hearing a groan from the mystery man
I turn around to the a person I haven't seen in a month "Kenma!?" I was shocked "is that really you?!"
"Yep! I told you in the letter I'd see you in less than a month, didn't I?" Kenma looked at me like I was crazy
"Yeah I guess you did" I chuckled having forgotten almost all of what he wrote in the letter
"Oh! I almost forgot" Kenma took his backpack off a grabbed out three packs of mochi! "Here, as an apology for leaving so soon"
"Apology accepted!" I snatched the mochi from him and pecked him on his cheek "now let's go catch up to everyone!"
I grabbed Kenma's wrist and dragged him to the train where we'd all be seated and on our way to the airport
