The Incident pt.2

🌺Y/N POV🌺

"Where's Kenma?" I asked Keiji as he walked into my hospital room "he promised he'd bring me some mochi when he came the next time"

"I-I have some bad new Y/N" Keiji said in a staggered voice "Kenma had to...had to um..."

"Had to what?" I interegated Keiji "is he going to bring me more that one pack of mochi! Is he at the store right now!"

"Actually, he told me to give you this letter" Keiji handed me a piece of paper folded into a small square

As I unfolded the piece of paper I saw the long letter written in Kenma's neat handwriting, the letter read:

"Dear Y/N,

I'm sorry to say I cannot come and see you anymore sadly me and my family are moving to Amori City, remember the place we went to for our annual vacation and the place where I confessed to you.

My mom got a new job it wasn't my decision but next year I'm going to be moving back! So don't fear I'll be back in less than four months!

I'll give you my new number and address you if your ever going to Amori City you'd be able to see me.

New number: 361-xxx-xxx

New address: 3128 xxx St

Sorry for this being so sudden my mom apologizes

I love you, Sincerely Kenma"

I fought back tears as I read the letter "I..." I couldn't put any words behind that "I..."

"I can't tell you how sorry I am for you" Keiji said sincerely "I know how you feel"

"How could you know how I feel!?" I shouted at Keiji "he's gone and probably will forget about me eventually!"

"If he really loves you he-"

"I know!" I cried letting out the flood gates of tears "he was the only one I'd loved! All the other guys couldn't compare!"

"I know Y/N, I get how you feel" Keiji said this time I was willing to hear him out "even though Bokuto loves me he's going to be moving to America for collage next year, I'm going to be be without the one guy that truly loves me"

"Keiji I- I didn't know"

"It's ok, it's not your fault" Keiji said looking out the window "just know I might go with him"

"Wait! What!?" I shouted in shock "you mean I'm going to be all alone next year?"

"What do you mean by that you still have-" Keiji tried convincing me I had more people here to keep me company or live with

"Exactly no one's here for me" I fought back tears imagining my boyfriend and brother so far away from me

Knock! Knock! There was a knock on my hospital room door "come in!" Keiji called, it was Kuroo,Yami, and Dr. Fujisaki

"Hey guys what's up?" I asked forcing a smile "oh nothing much doll we're only here to tell you we're staying here for college so if you ever need anyone don't be afraid to tell us!" Yami said making me feel better

"Thanks guys~" I said tearing up "I'm happy I won't be alone!"

The next few hours were spent with Kuroo, Keiji, Yami, and I hang out doing stupid things

Eventually I was able to go back home during that time

"Excited to come back home?" Yami asked

"Yeah I am actually" I said giving her a closed eye smile
