Chapter 7

After an 8 hour flight and making a new friend I'm finally in London England.

6:40 p.m the clock reads. I send a quick text to Rachel.

Me: Hey I just got all my luggage I'll call you tonight before I go to bed love you and miss you!!

I put my phone in my pocket, and begin to push my cart with my bags through a pair of doors and begin to look for anyone I guess.

After scanning the crowd I here someone shout my name. I turn to where the voice is coming from. I laugh when I see Lou flaring her arms around to get my attention, I rush towards her.

"Amber I'm so glad you're here in one piece!" She shouts pulling me into a tight embrace.

"Yeah the flight was great, you didn't have to get me a first class tickets that's too much!"

"Oh psh you won my contest so I'm going to spoil you!" We both laugh.

"Oh here" she begins "Lux say hi to Amber she's gonna be with us for a while" Lou says to her daughter.

"Hi" her voice is small and adorable, I can't. (A/n okay so this story is going to be during the take me home tour okay and I know that Lux was a lot smaller then and probably didn't talk but keep in mind this. is. a. fanfiction.)

"Hello it's nice to meet you" I say it an overly sweet voice which makes Lux laugh.

"Here let Mason push your cart" Lou says while motioning to a man in a suit.

"Ms. Mayfield" he says with a nod.

"Oh, thank you" I say while he begins to push my cart.

We begin to walk toward a really nice black car. I follow Lou and her daughter inside the car, and Mason places my bags in the back.

"So you'll have your own flat that's just a block away from me" She informs me. "We'll get you all settled in and we can go for dinner yeah?"

"Yeah that'd be great thank you" I smile.

We spent the rest of the ride talking about my time in Chicago and how I did in school. We finally arrived to my new 'flat' and I'm honestly in awe.

It's gorgeous it's bigger than my apartment in Chicago and it's a lot better looking too. The kitchen has an island, the living room has a huge couch with a giant TV, and my bedroom, I have a king sized bed with a walk in closet. My bathroom has tilled walls in the shower. The one thing I'm worried about in this apartment is, there's a lot of white and breakable things in here.

"Alright now that you're all unpacked lets go for supper, there's this amazing pizza place just up the street" Lou says while clapping her hands.

I grab my jacket and phone and we make our way down to the lobby. A man opens the door for us and we both thank him.

"Mason can you take Lux home"

"Of course Ms. Teasdale" he says picking Lux up and placing her in her car seat.

"I'm already in love with London" I say while passing all the small shops.

"It's lovely here"

"There it is!" Lou says while pointing to a sign. We both walk inside and each order and she pays. "You weren't kidding when you said you were gonna spoil me" I say while laughing.

"I have a feeling you'll be like a little sister or an older daughter to me" she says and takes a bight of her pizza "also you haven't even switched your money yet, we'll do that first thing tomorrow morning" she says with a mouth full of food.

Lou and I ended up walking around looking at small shops for a couple more hours and it's currently 10:00 p.m.

I grab out my phone and open up Rachel's name in my contacts and hit call while plopping down on my bed.

"Bambiii!" Rachel's yell through the phone

"Rachel!" I yell back

"Oh my god I miss you! How was your flight?"

"It was good I was in first class! I repeat first class!"

"Holy shit how was it?"

"It was amazing actually the guy who sat beside me was really cool and hot"

"Please tell me you scored some digits!"

"Girl you know I did!"

"My little girl already got a guys number and she hasn't even been in a different country for 24 hours!"

We both laugh hysterically and talk for another hour before I head to bed.

I still can't get over the fact I'm here in London England in my new apartment, well 'flat' and tomorrow I'll be spending it with Lou Teasdale.
