"Ollivanders is where we'll finish off" Hagrid said, still pulling Robyn and I behind him, we were in a place called Diagon Alley, it was beautiful, with people milling about getting school supplies or just shopping, a shop caught my attention with something in the window front, 'Quality Quidditch Supplies', was the shop name and as I peered into the window something called a 'Firebolt' stuck out to me, it apparently costed 200 galleons, "Ah, interested in Quidditch?" Hagrid asked over my shoulder, "Kind of, what is it?" I asked, Hagrid stroked his chin, "You'll have to ask someone who plays Quidditch when we get to the school because I haven't a clue how to explain it" he shrugged, looking down at Robyn who just looked tired about the Quidditch talk, "Lets get to Ollivanders then" I nudged Robyn and she looked up excitedly, "Ollivanders is our wand shop here, Mr Ollivander is kind of strange so be prepared" Hagrid warned as we walked up to the door, "You two go in, I need to go do something" Hagrid said, waving us off, I pushed the door open reading the sign above it, 'Ollivanders, makers of fine wands since 382 B.C', "Hello?" Robyn called out to the seemingly empty shop, a man with electric grey hair slid across what looked like bookshelves filled with boxes and came to the desk, "Robyn and Iris Montgomery, I was wondering when your parents would let you come to Hogwarts" Mr Ollivander said, smiling softly, I nodded to him as he disappeared into the back, bringing back a box, he opened it and handed it to Robyn who looked down at it awkwardly, "Well?, give it a wave" Mr Ollivander ordered, Robyn nodded giggling and waved it, nothing seemed to happen at first until a flower sprouted up onto Mr Ollivander's desk, "That wand has chosen you Robyn" he told her she nodded and pulled a few galleons from her pocket, we had learned that galleons was just wizard currency, "No no, take it for free" he assured her, Robyn tucked the wand and the galleons into her pocket as Mr Ollivander disappeared again, "Here" he said, handing me a wand with excitement, I studied it intently, some indecipherable runes were carved into the wood of this wand, it was beautiful, sleek and black, "This is a wand of fir wood, 10 inches and a half with a dragon heartstring core, give it a wave" Mr Ollivander kept his eyes on the wand as I lifted it up and effortlessly produced a wreath that hung itself on Mr Ollivander's wall, Mr Ollivander looked stunned and smiled widely, "Robyn, your wand, hand me it please" Mr Ollivander reached out a shaky hand, Robyn handed over her wand, he studied it, "7 inches, elm wood and a unicorn tail hair core, your wand Robyn is pure and has very good accuracy" Mr Ollivander explained, "Iris, your wand of dragon heartstring, shares the same core as my own wand-" he stopped and produced his wand, it was beautiful, "Your wand is strong and can be perceived as producing very dazzling displays in its spell it is also very stubborn and you are likely to survive extreme duels with this wand without much damage" he explained, I studied it myself and followed the runes with my fingers, "Your wand says in runes, 'heart', I was never sure why but maybe you can find that out" Mr Ollivander explained, nodding to me, I nodded back slowly and slid my new wand into my pocket, I heard rattling on the glass outside, Robyn and I turned slowly and saw Hagrid holding two owls, a brown owl and a white one, I smiled widely, "Cmon, the train leaves soon" he called to us, I pulled some galleons from my pocket and slid them across the desk, "No no-" Mr Ollivander started, "Keep them Mr Ollivander" I told him, waving to him as I left his beautiful shop.

We were sprinting to get the train, "Train leaves at exactly 11" Hagrid called, he was running slightly slower than Robyn and I, we had our tickets nestled deeply into our pockets, "Keep going, get to the train!" Hagrid called, I turned my head to see he had completely disappeared, I straightened up and noticed a red haired family also sprinting, I took my ticket from my pocket and slowed down to a speedy walk, following the family, "Platform 9 ¾ this way" the mother, I presumed said, Robyn and I kept following as she sent her kids towards a brick wall, I looked on with amazement and confusion as three tall boys dipped through the wall without harm, "Hello, s-sorry to burden you but how do we-" I pointed at the wall, "How do you get onto the platform?, oh you just run into the wall between platform 9 and 10" she explained, I nodded shuddering and grabbing Robyn's hand, "Ready Robyn?", she nodded excitedly and I started to run, pulling us both through the wall, "Wow, this place is beautiful" Robyn posited, I nodded and pulled her towards the train, pulling her aboard.
