♡~ Weeping Willow of the Water Fountain ~♡ (Hanako X Reader)

     (Y/N) laid against the cool floor of the bathroom, closing her eyes. "Ugh, I don't wanna go to school today...." She murmured, then pulled herself up.

   Around her were the Mokke, who were sleeping soundly against her body, snoring about candy and enslaving humans to make candy fields.

   "Then don't. Stay here with me instead." Hanako smirked at her, floating towards her. "We can have some alone time together~"

   (Y/N) growled slightly, looking away from him, blushing slightly. "No, plus I need to watch Nene-chan. I'm worried she could get into trouble, especially with that Minamoto boy..."

   "Oh, don't worry. I sealed that boy's staff, plus he's mainly after me. As long as I don't go dancing around the school, it'll be fine." Hanako explained, now floating upside down beside (Y/N).

   "Yeah but still...." (Y/N) mumbled, looking into Hanako's eyes now. "You still never know. She's somewhat brave, especially since she came looking for us, but she wouldn't be able to handle any supernaturals on her own."

   "Well, there aren't many supernaturals around here that pose any threats to her. My Mysteries are under control, the Mokke are under your control... There isn't much of anything that's potentially harmful!" Hanako-kun assured with a genuine smile.

    (Y/N) could feel her face burn while staring at that smile. She'd never seen a genuine smile from him, just mainly sly smirks and sarcastic frowns. It made her feel a bit calmer.

   She let out a soft sigh, then let her body slump back onto the floor, her face pressing against the body of one of the Mokke.

   "You're right... There isn't much to worry about. Thank you for reassuring that...." She lazily murmured, her eyes feeling heavy. Eventually, she closed them entirely, easily drifting off into a deep sleep.

  Beside her, Hanako was now standing upright, staring down at the girl sleeping below him.

   "Weeping Willow of the Water Fountain, Mystery Number Zero, (Y/N)...." He muttered to himself, remembering the events that had occurred recently.

  I killed someone too. I was also upset with them, and went too far. I ended up killing myself right afterwards.

   Her words rang almost fresh in his mind. She killed somebody.

   "I wonder...."

   Hanako-kun squatted down, looking closer at her slumbering figure.

   "Who exactly are you?" He asked himself, then stood back up straight.

   "The truth will be revealed when it wants to be revealed." A small voice spoke from the corner of the bathroom. Hanako turned around, seeing a Mokke at his feet.

   "Uh......?" Hanako mumbled in surprise, staring down at the Mokke.

   "Speaking of truth, let's play Truth or Dare! (Y/N) likes to play it with us Mokke!" The Mokke excitedly exclaimed. Hanako chuckled weakly, but hesitantly nodded.

   "Oh... Sure." He responded, going to sit at the windowsill of the bathroom. The Mokke hopped up, now sitting right in front of him.

   "Truth or dare?" The Mokke asked. Hanako thought upon it for  a second, then answered. "Dare."

   "Give a kiss to (Y/N)."

   "W-What?" Hanako asked, surprised. Heat began to cover his face as he glanced at the Mokke, then at (Y/N), then back at the Mokke.

   "Kiss. (Y/N)."

   "Uh, I choose truth instead!"

   "No takesies-backsies."

   "I'll give you candy."

   "Okay, fine." The Mokke agreed, then thought a little bit about the question. "Okay! Got it! Gimme my candy first!"

   Hanako sighed, rolled his eyes, but dug into his pocket, pulling out a cherry flavored lollipop. He looked at it, frowning slightly. "I was going to save it for later..." He sadly mumbled, but handed it to the Mokke.

   The Mokke greedily took it, an evil glint shining in its eyes. "Now you better answer the question."

   "Okay okay!" Hanako laughed nervously, fiddling with his thumbs. Mokke couldn't be that diabolical, could they?

   "Do you have a crush on (Y/N)?" The Mokke asked in the most serious tone it could muster. Hanako's eyes widened as the heat came over his face once more.

   "I-I-" He stuttered, looking over at (Y/N). She was still sound asleep on the floor, hugging a Mokke like a teddy bear. She looked to serene and peaceful, which was a good thing since these past few weeks have been a little hectic and chaotic.

  
     Hanako honestly didn't have much of a clue how he felt about her yet. They had barely had a truce, and before that she was somewhat rude to him, but he could tell she didn't mean harm. Well, at least most of the time.

   "I...." Hanako murmured, now thinking more and more about his feelings and her. She was now a friend of his, and him a friend of her. They had many moments together that made his heart flutter and his face smile, but he never thought much about them.

   "You don't have to answer the question now." The Mokke suddenly spoke. "Answer it when you know the answer yourself."

   Hanako looked questioningly at the Mokke, a little bit confused. "Answer when I know the answer...." He repeated, then looked out the window.

   Below them were school students rushing around and pushing other students out of the way before they were late to their classes.
 
   In the distance he could see Yashiro walking across the courtyard, heading toward the little garden they had at Kamome Academy.

   A smile danced on his lips, knowing that Nene was safe, and that (Y/N) would be glad to hear that once she woke up from her sleep.

   Hanako drove himself away from the window, going over to sit down beside (Y/N). The Mokke that he was talking to had now begun resting it's small, pink body against (Y/N), asleep too.

   Hanako hugged his knees as he leaned his back against the wall, sitting close to her. His skin felt tingly as his shoulder brushed lightly against the top of her (h/c) hair.

   With a bored sigh, he decided to drift off himself. He begun closing his eyes, things growing darker and darker.

    Hanako felt relaxed for the first time in forever. Safe, sound, calm, relaxed.

   That is, until Nene burst into the bathroom door, jerking both Hanako and (Y/N) up.

   "Aoi's missing!"
