"Hi." was your response.

"No No, it's way to early for this.." you thought in your head as you stared at the tall male, mentally you're hating yourself for jinxing this moment- especially early in the morning. "Are you okay? Did you already have too many drinks this morning?" he chuckled lightly. It was that chuckle that made your stomach flutter- your heart suddenly skipped a beat. "Hm? o-oh no! I'm good!" you realized he was talking to you. Was it really him, standing in front of you- smiling awkwardly and slowly walking away "Wait, he's walking away-" You forced yourself to move catching up to him a little "You're... Wilbur right?" his head turned and he stopped in his tracks so he was able to look at you "Mm.. No-" "Oh, Nevermind.." sighing softly he spoke up from his sarcasm "I-It's me.." the curly haired male stated and stopped in his tracks once again "and you are? You kind of look like a Riley if I'm being honest-" you tilt your head and shook it lightly, now looking at the ground "I'm y/n.." your eyes then look up to his chocolate ones, that you almost got lost in.

"Mm.. it fits you-" his hand came up to his chin and held it, his thumb caressing his own skin in thought "shit- I have to go- see you around yeah?!" He shouted as he ran to a building that had offices in it. "I- bye! I guess.." you puffed out a small chuckle and kept walking, realizing you had met Wilbur but as an obstacle in his path. You sighed softly and looked ahead of yourself to continue your walk to the park, your mind wondered a little and it fell upon him.
His brown hazelnut curls, his chocolate colored eyes and his chuckle, it all gave this feeling you couldn't describe in words.. it felt unreal. You took your day as it was supposed to be, taking pictures of the many trees and animals along the farms. As you do so, classical songs play in the background in your earphones.

2 hours later

After hours passed, you go on and head over to walls that have been touched since the many years before you were born. Your eyes looked upon every detail on the rock even if it was so fine you could barely see it. Your hair was a little of a mess due to petting one of the Horses and them smelling it. It was adorable, you caught them with pictures- how majestic they were. A few of them were being trained, Jumping hurdles and long distance travel. Your mind was caught in your imagination that you didn't even notice someone was standing beside you. "Beautiful aren't they?" the person spoke, startling you for a moment "JESUS!"  you put your hand upon your chest that rose and fell quickly. Your e/c eyes looked up to the familiar chocolate eyes you met with earlier. Stiff, went your body- your hair had fallen into your eyes, difficult to see his own. "You scared the shit out of me-" you whimpered for a moment, a ringing sound went through your ears and it made you shut your eyes tight. "Ow- Ow- Ow.." you covered them.

Wilbur looked at you with worry "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to-" he hesitated to touch both your arms "You Okay?" he was muffled from the ringing, you could barely understand a word he said. "H-huh..?" the ringing slowly calmed so you moved your hands away from your ears. You were startled once again but by his touch, his hands pulled away from your arms "I-I'm sorry.. I don't know why this happens.." you referred to your ears and the ringing. He tilted his head a bit and furrowed his brows a little "The ringing in your ears.." he looked down to the dirt before looking back up "Come with me real quick.." he gently grabbed you by the arm and walked to and shortly through the city. "W-Where are we going?" "I'm taking you somewhere that may feel familiar.."

You felt your calves tightening from trying to keep up with the young man, your hair in your face and your steps a little off from his own. "What do you mean by familiar..?" he didn't answer "Wilbur?" then he stopped in his tracks, making you stumble a little. You seen fallen stone on grass, rubble of the poor building that once stood before you.. his hand let go of your arm- feeling cool air run around it. "Ruins of a small past kingdom.." you whispered to yourself the feeling of dizziness came over you- tingles ran through your body and your heart sunk so suddenly.. "It.. hurts- being here.." you took a few steps back and tried to calm yourself before the tall male looked at you "What- what did you feel?" you furrowed your eyebrows in confusion and walked away. "Wait!! y/n!" he jogged to catch up "Tell me- please-" you refused to even speak, you grabbed a scrap of paper and pen- writing your number on it and giving it to him before walking back home. "what the hell was that.."
