The Knight and the Princess

Clarke's Pov

After the ceremony we took pictures. With Jake, Madi, a family photo. And with the bridesmaids and Murphy. Then Raven took pics of just the both of us. Under the sunset. It looked beautiful. After that, at 7ish, we started the reception. I was shocked to see everything was so well decorated. We cut some cakes and feed it to each other, drank Champagne.
"Now ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the Mr and Mrs. Blake to have their first dance." Murphy said. "May I have this dance Mrs.Blake?" He asked asking for my hand. I smiled and took his hand.
"Yes you may" I said. He walked me slowly to the dance floor and suddenly the song turned on. It was a thousand years by Chirstina Perri.

"You picked this song" I said. I was surprised, he was the one to pick the song.
"I remember after we watched the movies when Jake was still in your belly. You told me it was the most beautiful song you've ever heard" he said. He put my arms around him and pulled me tight. "Now dance with me" he said softly. We moved together in sync. I stared at his eyes as I listen to the lyrics. I think of our journey and my feelings matched perfectly to the lyrics. I've loved Bellamy for a century. And I'll love him for another century and more. I'm standing here with him in my arms and I've found what I've been searching for my whole life.
"I have loved you for a hundred years"He sang in my ear making me laugh. Then suddenly he spins me around showing his dance skills. I looked around and wished I could live in this moment forever.

Bellamy's Pov

Today was the happiest day of my life. It used to be the day Jake was born. But now the best day for me is marrying his Mom. I watched Clarke chatting with Jake as she tries to feed him. I smiled widely looking at her look so beautiful. Her long golden hair flows down her back with flowers tucked behind it. Her eyes shines and her face was so bright as she laughed with Jake who was on her lap. I had left arm around Clarke's shoulders. I just realized after the ceremony, I've never had my hands off Clarke. I was either holding hands with her, or had my hand on her somewhere, or wrapping her in my arms.
"What's wrong?" She asked noticing I was staring at her.
"Nothing, just happy" I said. She leaned in and gave me a kiss softly.

Suddenly Octavia giggling with Madi.
"Why aren't you guys dancing?" She asked.
"I'm just feeding him" Clarke said.
"I think he's done" Madi said looking at the almost empty plate.
"Clarke, can I borrow your husband to dance?" O asked grinning.
"Na ah. I'm not leaving Clarke she's still feeding Jake" I said.
"No, I'm done! Please just dance with my husband. Aka your brother." Clarke said blushing when she said husband. Then O grabbed my hand and pulled me to the dance floor. I watched Clarke gave Jake to Emori and she followed us with Madi to the dance floor.

"You look so happy" Octavia said as she moves her feet dancing with me.
"We're finally married and there's nothing in this universe that can tear us apart now" I said watching Clarke laugh with Madi. She's so beautiful.
"Aww. I'm happy for you big brother" O said.
"You think you and Levitt would get married someday?" I asked.
"I don't know. I love him. But I don't really think about that. I look at your little family and I'm just so happy so I think that's enough for me now. Everybody needs a cool aunt" She said. "Madi, switch?" She yelled to Madi who was dancing with Clarke. Madi grinned and O let me go as Madi came to me.

"Hey Dad" Madi said grinning.
"Oh wow you wanna call me that now?" I chuckled.
"Nah, you look too young to be my dad" She said.
"Thank you. Though I am still your dad" I said to her smirking.
"I know" she said smiling. She looked beautiful in the grey dress. She was taller now almost as tall as Clarke.
"You're so big now. Have I told you you look so beautiful?" I said as she spins around.
"Everyday" She grinned. We danced around and I switched back to dancing with Clarke. Then suddenly Murphy tapped his glass getting everyone's attention.

"Hey guys, so I'm just gonna give a speech. Hmm. I've known Bellamy and Clarke for a long time. The knight always had the princess' back. And so did the princess. They were amazing leaders, they were a team. But I knew they were more than that. I knew they loved each other. Clarke, you're lucky to have Bellamy as your husband. When we were on the ring, he was a mess. With you gone it was just like a a part of him was gone too. He loves you more than anything in this whole universe. And would sacrifice his life for you. And Bellamy, you are very lucky to have an amazing, smart, strong, warrior as your wife. Congratulations ." Murphy said grinning. I smiled proudly thinking how he was able to be mature for once. Then Raven took his place.

"Hey I'm Raven. We've been friends for a long time now. I know you two so well. After years you guys have finally admitted your love for each other. And I'm happy. Bellamy, you are one lucky man to have a strong, smart and kind wife. Clarke, your mom would be so happy, and proud of you. I am so jealous of you both and your little family. But I wish you both a lifetime full of love and happiness" Raven said. Then she looked at Jackson telling him to start.

"I've known Clarke her whole life. Her mother was my teacher, my mentor, my best friend. I am so proud of you, Clarke. You've spent half of your life fighting. And now, you've got a sweet family. You've earned it, Clarke. I know for sure Abby would be so so so happy for you. And I'm sure she's looking down at us, smiling. Possibly in a pool of happy tears. I am so happy for you, Clarke. And you are both so lucky to have found each other." Jackson said as he wiped his tears. Octavia smiled and hugged him.

"As you guys know, Bellamy's my brother. My whole life, you've been protecting me. One time a person said to me everything you do, Bellamy, every stupid or amazing thing you did was to save me. I know I've never told you this, but, I am so lucky and thankful to have someone to lookout for me. Out of all the people that have lived on the ark, I am the luckiest one. Because I have a brother, and none of them do. I'm not going to tell you how lucky you are to be with each other because you already know that. But I'm gonna tell you that I am so lucky, to have my brother get married to a person just like my sister. I'm so lucky to be Aunty O and all thanks to you both." Octavia said trying to hold back tears. Then she motioned Madi to speak.

"I lost my parents when I was just 4, in the Praimfaya. I almost forget what they look like, but I remembered they were loving and kind, and they told me life is not just about surviving. After the Praimfaya, I met Clarke. She took care of me so well, she told me stories. And I'm so lucky to have her as my mom. For years I've been wondering how it would feel to have a dad. Then this guy from the stories came. Bellamy. You took care of me too, and I know I never told you this but you made me very happy. Living with you both made me feel that life is so much more than just surviving. To be honest, I prayed every night that you guys would end up together. And now my wish came true. You guys are more than my guardian, you're my mom and dad, my best friends, my family and my whole life. I'm so lucky to have ended up in a family like this. One day I want to love and find someone who would love me the way you guys love each other. Thank you, for giving me this amazing life. I love you both so much" Madi said. Everybody claps their hands as it was the last speech for us. Clarke opened up her arms and Madi walked straight to her. She hugged her as if she was still small, it probably reminded her of when she was just 5. When she first met her right after the praimfaya.

"I love you my little Natblida" She said hugging her tight. I walked up to them and caressed Madi's hair. She sees me and smiled.
"And I love you" I said kissing her head. Suddenly I hear Jake cries. I turned my head to the sound and find him crying on the floor.
"What's wrong baby, why are you crying?" She asked.
"I want a hug too!" He cried pouting his mouth.
"Come here boy" I yelled bopping down taking Jake in my arms, bringing him into the group hug.
"You are such a baby" Madi said poking his nose and he stuck his tongue out to her. Everything's perfect. The knight found his princess. And a perfect little family in a small peaceful kingdom. Nothing could tear this apart. Nothing.
