Evie was working late that night despite the stuffy feeling in her nose. She was drifting off to sleep at her desk when she herd a *ping* from her phone. She groggily lifted her head from her hands but brightened up as she saw who it was from. Nova (her girlfriend) had messaged her asking if she wanted to go on a date night. Evie was unsure how to respond. On one hand she loved her very much and she was about to go home, but on the other, she was feeling as if she was at the beginning of a bad cold. After thinking on this for a minute she responded with "I'd like that". Hoping that was the right decision, she packed her things into her backpack and headed out.
