As she prepared dinner, (miso ramen), Evie kept having to sniffle her runny nose back up, as she didn't want Nova to have to cook, but as she continued to chop green onions, she felt that her nose was getting really stuffy and in need of a good blow, and yet, she ignored all of the warning signs and continued on with dinner. The ramen was almost done, she just needed to add the miso, but she was so focused on the soup that she didn't realize another sneeze coming until it was too late. "Hatcheww!" she jerked to the side, snoting all over her arm. Luckily she was quick enough to turn away from the food, but alas, she couldn't get a tissue in time.
Nova was in the other room, but she came rushing back at the sound of a sneeze. "Beee! Here's a tissue. You should rest! I'll take over dinner." "are you- *sniff* you sure?" "yes!" replied Nova. Evie grabbed the wad of tissue from her girlfriend's hand and flopped over to the couch where she wetly blew her nose, soaking the wad of tissues in one blow.
