my Confessions

Ch.1

My long blonde hair whipped in my face as I ran down the pale colored hall of my two story home. The three boys staggered behind me then split up. It was an unfair game of tag, but then again we are all almost high schoolers and shouldn't be playing a kids game inside anyway but its not anything new. Dalton, french and carter, my childhood friends were the ones who were chasing after me.

"I almost got you dash, we all know you can't win, its four against one" dalton spoke as he smiled as he tripped me making me fall on out dark hardwood floor.

Hs tanned body was over my pale one as his deep brown eyes stared into my blue ones, he wasn't exactly muscular.. But he also wasn't scrawny, like he could pick me up but probably nothing heavier. That's because dalton was a striker in soccer so he didn't have to worry about his arm strength just his speed.

"This isn't fair, i'm just a fragile girl" I spoke trying to wiggle from his grip.

"You better stop or i'll call for french to come get you" he smiled.

French was the older one of the group, he was also tanner than me but that isn't really a hard task to accomplish,he played football and is supposed to be starting varsity summer camp.

Then i heard footsteps approaching. I knew i had no way to escape now so i just laid there and accepted my fate.

"Did someone call me, to come get the baby" french laughed as dalton got off of me and he scooped me into his arms.

"Let me go im not a baby you know"I whined as both of them laughed.

"Sure sounds like it to me" french laughed as carter ran up to us.

"Darn i'm always last" he sighed.

"Its ok carter maybe next time" dalton laughed as we heard the front door open.

It was coach mario aka dad, well daltons dad, but after my mother passed away and my father ended up in jail he has kind of adopted me in his own way.

"Good morning kids I see that you have gotten yourself in a little bit of trouble Elizabeth" he laughed.

Elizabeth is my real name, Elizabeth parker, but everyone who knows me calls me dash, cause that's just what i like, dalton actually started it in little liege when we were 9 and it's just kinda stuck.

"She seems forget she is a baby, so we have to remind her" french said as he tickled me.

"Put her down austin, Elizabeth go get changed we have to go to the school to get you scheduled done and get jacob from baseball conditioning." dad said as austin dropped me on the hardwood floor.

"That really hurt ya know" I groaned as I got up.

"Sorry dash" french said scratching the back of his neck.

"Its ok french fry ill just get you back later for it" I smiled as I walked into my room.

I opened my closet and pulled out a pink hoodie crop top that said nap Queen on it inspired by my favorite disney princess aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and some light blue high waisted shorts. I put on a light blush pair of adidas tennis shoes and dabbed on some light makeup to match the look. Finally i put my long blonde hair up in a high ponytail and put a pink bow round my hair tie to finish the look.

"Dash are you almost done" i heard carter whine through the door. As i opened it he made an Aline to my bed.

"Please explain what on god's green earth are you doing?" I asked as he got underneath my covers.

"Your bed is the comfiest in the house, I promise ill get up when you get back ok" he said snuggling up to my penguin pillow pet.

I rolled my eyes as I walked out of my room and into the kitchen where everyone else was at. They were talking about something but when the two boys saw me they had immediately stopped.

"Ok dad im ready, how do i look" i asked as both boys just continued to stare.

Finally dad cleared his throat and french spoke up.

"Oh yea, it looks good dash" he said as his face turned a deep shade of red.

"Yea you look really pretty" dalton said turning his face away from me.

"Ok well i'll see y'all when we get home ok" i asked and they both nodded.

"Let's go elizabeth we don't want to be late" dad said as we walked out the door.
