" which color for the party tonight ? Blue or red ? " I heard my best friend asking from the bathroom.

" why are you asking? Your dress is always off by the end anyways . " I said smiling.

She popped her head out of the bathroom and into my room glaring at me. I glared back at her mocking her.

" ha ha ha so funny. Like if you were such an angel " she said smirking.

I rolled my eyes as she continued to speak " seriously what color ?"

" red " I stated. " it makes your bleach blond hair stand out" I said while staring at myself in the mirror fixing my hair.

I was wearing a light, baby pink colored dress. the top half shimmering in silver specks of glitter, while the bottom was loose and smooth. My coffee brown hair was curled with a waterfall braid on the sides. my bottom curls perfect. all thanks to Arlette who had done my hair.

I usually didn't dress all out for these parties but my Best friend , Arlette , made me wear it tonight being that it was our first party as seniors.

" hurry up ! " I yelled towards Arlette.

" ok , done ! " she said stepping out of my bathroom.

She was wearing a red tight , strapless dress. Her blond hair, pin straight. She was wearing a black pumps , looking like my beautiful Best friend that she is.

" beautiful ! " I told her as I finished touching up my eyeliner.

" you look hot yourself. " she said plopping down on my bed.

I rolled my eyes and turned to look at her. She sat her legs crossed staring at the t.v.

" are we going ? " I asked waiting for her to come back to reality.

" huh.. Yeah duh! I didn't get this pretty for nothing" she said quickly getting up and grabbing her bag.

We walked out the door and drove to matt's party. His parties were usually the best of the year. His parents were always on business trips so they were unsupervised, loud music and alcohol.

We arrived at the party at around 10:30 checking every one out. Just some of the same people from last year, some hoes , and a few freshmen pretending to fit in. The party was just starting.

" heyy Nanette !! Looking cute " someone shouted from across the room.

I just smiled and continued walking. That guy was probably On the border line of passing out. I mean half these people were either close to passing out or in the bathrooms puking.

Me and Arlette walked towards a group of guys Where I instantly caught sight of Alexis. Alexis was my Bestfriend besides Arlette , my partner in crime literally , brother , and the biggest player out there.... Well besides me anyways. He's taught me everything I know.
