Anita turns over to her side in bed, she hasn't really done anything but work for the past couple of days. Bill sleeps softly beside her at the end of her bed and she wipes away a tear that sweeps down her soft cheek. She wanted nothing but to see Janice, but she wasn't sure if she would be welcome or not. I best leave it to cool off, she'll come around sooner or later; she tells herself. Anita sits up and rubs her feet, they weren't as sore anymore now that the cuts were healed fairly quickly. She wonders if it is noticeable or not. She couldn't believe Janice is back with Robert, he never treated her right and he hasn't made any miracle changes last time she checked. Anita couldn't shake off this horrible feeling in the pit of her stomach, she shakes her head in attempt to stop thinking about it.
She still hasn't gone over to Alex's; she just wants to clear her head to think of what to do with herself. She leans over closer to Bill as strokes his fur; he was snoring lightly. "You've been very quiet boy" Anita says a loud, patting him. She stretches and plops back onto the bed, trying to fall asleep but finds it difficult. She closes her eyes for a very long time and tries to steady her breathing, in attempts to drift off to sleep. The room grows colder, edging its chilling tint along the walls and hovers over her bed. The hairs on Anita's skin stands up, she pulls the covers over herself and feels herself begin to drift off into sleep as she shifts on her bed to make herself more comfortable. She settles and listens to Bill's light snoring. She yawns and nuzzles herself into her soft, plump pillow. She lies there, warm and content.
The cover begins to pull off of her slowly, slinking down her arms and falls to her hips, she furrows her brows and pulls the cover up and yawns again, getting comfortable as she moistens her mouth. There was a soothing silence settling into her room as she deepens her breathing. Falling into unconsciousness ever so slowly. The covers begin to slink off her shoulders and down her arms once more, trailing off her body and to her thighs. Annoyed Anita mumbles sleepily, "Bill" as she pulls the quilt cover back over her.
Nothing but the moonlight illuminates the room, as Bill stirs awake and looks around the room. A low growl rumbles in his throat, as his hair stands up. "Bill" Anita mutters, rolling over in bed. Bill deepens his growl, ignoring Anita. "Bill" she moans more sternly, trying to drift off to sleep. Anita opens her eyes and reaches out towards Bills direction. She strokes his fur and tries to calm him, as she yawns, covering her mouth with her other hand. Bill settles down a little and starts to whimper. Anita leans up in bed and feels a small vibration throughout the bed, she thought for a split second it might have been Bill. But the whole bed began to shake, she jolts up in surprise. Earthquake? She panics to herself for a moment. But the bed gets pulled violently towards the wardrobe.
Anita lets out a retched scream, "Ahhhhh!". Her eyes widen in horror, her heart quickening as the bed hits her wardrobe. She jolts forward from the impact. Her heart hammering hard in her chest as she leans back into her bed, breathing quickly as she panics. The room was deadly silent, the only sound that rumbles through the room was the vicious growl emitting from Bill as he jumps off the bed. Bill makes a ragging sound as though he's clutched onto something. Anita begins to hyperventilate, as she waves her arms around her in hopes of hitting someone or something that may be on her bed. But she feels nothing, she tries to calm her breathing, letting out a shaky breath as she tries to formulate a plan in her head.
The quilt cover pulls off her, flying to the floor.
Anita screams in horror.
