15 years later

"Stella Novah Black! Get down here now!" Rowan yelled to her 11 year daughter

"I'm coming, stop yelling!" Stella said to her mom holding her trunk

Rowan shook her head with a small laugh. "Where is your brother? I don't want to be late on your first day."

Stella smiled evilly before yelling, "LEO REGULUS BLACK MOM DOESN'T WANT TO BE LATE LETS GO!"

Rowan rubbed her temples before looking at her 15 year old son. "Are you guys ready?" her kids nodded. "Alright go wait outside, ill apparate us to the train station"

Checking to make sure she had everything packed for her eighth year of being the co-potions teacher, Rowan walked over to the mantle and grabbed the photo of her and Sirius laughing holding Stella and Leo.

Sirius going to Azkaban on the charge of murder to her friends and Leo's godparents wasn't easy especially when she believed with every bone in her body he was innocent

She smiled at it before grabbing the photo and putting it in her bag.

"Alright ready to go?" she asked, grabbing her kids' hands. "Gosh i can't believe i have a first year and a third year. I feel so old." she laughed before apparating to an alley behind the station.

After running through the wall she came across Novah and Remus holding hands. "Hey Rowan, kids," Novah said, hugging them.

"Couldn't miss seeing Stella and Leo on her way to hogwarts." Remus said

Rowan smiled at the couple hugging Stella, their godchild before turning to Leo. "Do you see your Uncle, Aunt, or cousins?" she asked, looking around letting Novah and Remus share words with Stella.

"Right there, lets go." Leo said pointing to the big red head family.

Novah smiled at Rowan and her children. "I'll see you at christmas right?" she asked teary eyed

"Of course." she said, hugging the couple before sharing goodbyes and walked to her brother. "Hello my beautiful Nephews and Niece!" she said coming over

"Aunt Row!" Percy, Fred, George, Ron, and Ginny yelled running over to tackle their aunt in a hug.

Leo walked over to the twins, Fred and George. "Wanna look for Lee? I'm sure he got a compartment by now."

"Ah, yes" the twins said in synch before saying goodbye to their parents and aunt walking onto the train

After the rest of the children made their way on the train Rowan turned to Molly and Arthur. "Do you think he is here?" she asked referring to her godchild she hasn't seen in 10 years.

Arthur sighed. "I'm not sure Rowan but you'll find out. Now get on that train before you miss it." Rowan nodded before quickly hugging her brother and Molly before getting in the train.

Sitting at the staff table waiting for the first years to be sorted Rowan played with her wedding ring, turning it on her finger.

"What house do you think Stella will be in?" Dumbledore asked Rowan, noticing that she was distracted by her ring.

"Honestly not sure..maybe Slytherin she has the traits... Ravenclaw is the close second." Rowan said looking over to the older professor nodding her head.

He couldn't respond when the doors opened and the first years walked in Stella and her nephew Ron in the mix.

Clapping after the kids got sorted Rowan saw Stella was finally called.

"Stella Black" Mcgonagonall called putting the hat on her head.

"Slytherin!" the hat called out. Rowan stood up and clapped giving her daughter a thumbs up. Leo sighed hoping that his sister was in gryffindor alongside him but clapped either way.

"Ronald Weasley" Mcgonagall called out.
Rowan smiled at her nephew who looked like he was going to hurtle.

"Gryffindor!" the hat called, Ron let out a breath and walked to the table to set next to his cousin.

"Harry Potter" the whole hall got quiet and Rowan looked up to get a look at her godson
Harry nervously walking to the stool and sitting down.

"Gryffindor!" The hat called after a minute and the table went crazy.

Rowan clapped alongside  the rest of the staff, minus Snape.

"Who is that?" Harry asked, pointing to the red-haired professor engaged in a conversation with Mcgonagall.

Percy looked up to see him pointing at his aunt. "Oh that's Professor Weasley-Black, she is my aunt and Leo and Stella's mom. She co-teaches potions alongside Snape" the curly haired boy said before going back to eat.

As if feeling eyes on her Rowan looked over to the red and gold table to see her godson's eyes on her, she smiled at him before going back to talking.

That smile comforted Harry in a way he has never been before, this is when he knew Hogwarts was going to be his home.
